A friend has advised me that its easy to scratch (even from ribs of the cover) so I'm going to get the protective film for it.

Still would prefer a laptop over an iPad as you can do so much more. Also not a fan of being charged so much more money for any additional storage space above the measly 32 GB provided on this one.

Best Buy was amazing and let me exchange it out for a new one. This was a gift for my mom for Christmas and she said “I love this iPad almost as much as I love you”
