It’s beautiful, works amazing, top of the line. It’s jist delicate, that would be my only complaint. I wish I could afford to buy one for all my kids.

This is my 4th iPad and of course with technology, it gets better and faster. Thanks to Best Buy, I only paid $329 iPad. So I couldn't let this opportunity to upgrade from my iPad Air 2. To be honest, I do notice the speed upgrade, but it wasn't a significant upgrade from the Air 2. So I wouldn't recommend upgrading unless it was a really good deal.

I've been a long time user of Apple products. This was a replacement iPAD to get more storage and a newer version. As always, not disappointed at all!

Easy to use, had an old iPad and replaced it. Only problem I had was syncing my devices, I called apple and they helped me, no waiting or appointments.

Had an original iPad mini and it was not cutting it anymore. Love this as I did not need the Pro, this handles everything and more.

So much faster than my 7 year old I pad, great customer service at the Oakdale Best Buy store. I will go back to purchase more electronics in the future!

This iPad exceeded all expectations. It's like it's pro big brother - pencil and all. Unless you need all that extra horse power this is the iPad to get.

The battery died on my old iPad so I decided to purchase a new one. I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was reasonable and I like the smaller size.

I have an iPad 4 with only 32 gb. I needed to get more space, and this one is awesome. Although the size has been cut down, but the screen is still ok

This was a replacement for an IPad 3 that had become agonizingly slow. My wife has an IPad Pro and this one is its equal as far as speed goes for a lot less $$

I bought this iPad to replace my old one. The battery was not holding a charge on the old one so I bought this one. Seems a bit faster than the old one.

These days Apple products are expected to have certain features and function at a certain level. For the most part I knew what to expect when purchasing the product with prior research. It was mainly the service provided when purchasing the iPad that I was most impressed with. I brought the iPad at the Tyson’s location in VA which had an Apple rep who was more than helpful in assisting with my purchase. I’m not entirely a big fan of apple products but the reassurance from the apple rep definitely helped with me going through with my purchase and walking home happy.

It’s easy to use. I use this to connect with my piano, play games, answer emails, and it allows me to easily read when compared to my tiny phone screen.

Love this iPad since I didn’t need the latest model. Try to not buy latest but also not entirely out of cycle. Has more than I need for simple tasking.

This was a great tool for what I needed it to do, mainly administrative and works excellent with google platforms (docs,sheets,drive,gmail, etc.)

This is my second iPad and I love this one. First one lasted 7 years and is still going strong but wanted a faster processor. Much thinner and faster.
