No complaints. You know what youre getting with Apple. Bought this one due to the larger memory so we could download are kids favorite movies.

Upgraded from an Ipad 2nd generation and the speed and clarity is outstanding. Didn't know my old one was so bad till I got this!

This was a replacement for an IPad 3 that had become agonizingly slow. My wife has an IPad Pro and this one is its equal as far as speed goes for a lot less $$

I have the first edition of iPad Pro that my kid accidentally left at Home Depot. Bought this as a cheaper replacement. It feels faster the the old iPad Pro

The iPad works greats and a very good deal also I was a little nervous to buy one but once I talked to the staff I felt this one meet my needs

Well the service people were very kind, especially since it was an online order. And I think this will do well for my mother, as it’s a gift to her from dad, grandpa, and us kids. She’s had a 2nd gen iPad for years now and it hasn’t has a system update for a while, and is on its last legs. She’s been wanting a new one but says that we have more important things to worry about but we knew she was sad her iPad was dying. Now she’ll have a new one that can actually run Netflix and the puzzle games she likes. Thanks Best Buy for having a sale on this.

Best purchase in the last year... allows me to keep current while traveling, update files without the weight of a laptop and share files with family!

Upgraded to newer version very happy with storage and ease of use

I upgraded from a series 1 or 2 which couldn’t update IOS any longer. This was just what I needed. Runs my apps and now I have more storage.

I brought the 6th generations IPad for my daughter and its amazing and easy for her to use. It has everything that my daughter could ever want in a IPad.

I'm satisfied with this purchase because it was exactly what I was looking for. User friendly. Great size to watch my Netflix and Hulu in bed.

I need the tablet for my work and it should be mobile, hand-written friendly, durable and work stably. This tablet meets all my need. Great choice!

Got this to use for note taking, since I knew it’d be easier than having a bunch of paper and it’s been great to use for that.

Had a ipad mini and found it to be too small. This is just the perfect size as I travel extensively and it's great on the plane.

I like the size and ease of use. The resolution is very good.

What can I say, it’s an Apple product. So they take pride in what they sell. It’s faster that my old iPad and love that you can use the Apple Pencil with it.

Have had several iPads and use them routinely. Now my parents are using them. Affordable portable and reliable - Apple reliability at its best.

Old iPad needed changing out. New iPad with bigger memory was a huge draw. Glad to pick this up. Great addition.

This tablet has been amazing to use for work. Able to carry around no problem. Easy to use, download apps etc. move from one thing to another. Paper less now

Worked great right out of the box. Love it. Nice addition to my iPhone which is great but this works much better at screen size. Not too big or small.
