Great buy for elderly

While it doesn't have the latest and greatest display, it's 100X better than the tablet they don't have. Set it up and keep in touch and share pictures and have them play lots of memory games to keep them sharp for many years. Have them spend creative time on the iPad instead of watching reruns all day.

Good for the new iOS.

The new iPad’s battery is not good, runs down very quickly! Also both the iPad and the charging unit gets very hot while charging. Big difference in the quality between the 1st iPad & this 6th Generation.
