I’ve never had an iPad before and I am loving it. Very easy to use and looking forward to exploring all it has offer.

I can say I love the lightness of it. It is a nice size screen. I have been an android user for the last 10+ years. I was totally against apple as it doesn't allow you to share with out an apple product i.e. itunes. I am probably not using to its full potential, but I am happy with it.

It’s been good so far, easy to use, and the clarity is really good. It’s just fun to have and use.

This is my 3rd IPad and this by far was the easiest to transfer apps and set it up!! Thankful for this purchase

More memory as my 5-years old iPad Air which only had 32MB. For same price, you now get 128MB and Apple Pencil compatibility

I bought this iPad to replace my old iPad 3rd gen. Very fast, much lighter and a much better screen. No complains.

My Best Buy experience was great Marvin W, my Associate, was the best. His knowledge and attention was invaluable as I ponder my purchases. I came in for one item and ended up buying two...all because of Marvin W. My purchases are just as Marvin W. described and he gave me tips on other items that would compliment my purchases. I am very pleased with my purchase but what will make me come back to BB is the interaction Marvin W. gave to me as a customer.

I have never had an Apple product before. I was surprised how easy it is to use. Very fast, great graphics, love it.

I'm not going to review the iPad as much as the open box buying experience. The iPad has been reviewed by far more competent analysts than I. I wouldn't have purchased this if I didn't know what it was about. So let's talk about the buying experience. The description was spot on, the unit was flawless, and the price was great (over $100 off). Overall, I will always look at Best Buy open box buys because my experiences have been positive and Best Buy has given me great support.

I use the iPad for the cloud library and some internet searches! Used it on the plane when traveling to read. Perfect!
