Getting a great and larger screen for the old eyes

Ok but need help transferring iPhone data

Ran into issues transferring data from IPhone to IPad. First try, it didn’t transfer my contacts from the cloud. Started over by restoring from factory settings. Contacts are there now but missing all emails in my email folders. I need to research and get answers why the folders came over but not the emails.
