Not even 3-1/2 yes old and it completely stopped working and cannot charge. Disgusted with Apple products. Expensive but not meant to last.

I took my elderly mother to the store to purchase a new computer. I introduced her to the apple tablet thinking it would be an ideal setup for her. It was a lot more difficult for her to get it set up and use than was told at the store during shopping. To many passwords and not good support, which she purchased extra. She had a desk top prior, and she was going to purchase a laptop and I convinced her to try the tablet. She then asked two of her grandchildren to take a look at it and help her. Even they could not get the apps set up she wanted. To many passwords to maneuver around in the tablet. Would not recommend to others as she is still frustrated and not using it as she wants. So was a large waste of money

My wife wanted an iPad. Now she won't share it with me (whereas before my tablet was OUR tablet). Who knows how it is? It could be that the iPad is great, or that my wife is stingy and a bad person. ?

I'm not happy with my purchase!!!!! For some reason, I'm not able to get my wi-fi to work properly!!!!! It's the slowest device I've ever had the honor of using!!!!! I bought my last one from you and I had no problems!!!!! I walked in a store and purchased it but I had to order this one because you no longer have a store in my area!!!! Evidently you know there is a problem for you have sent me e-mails about some device to help this problem!!!!! I do thank you for sending me this e-mail for I was going to have to reach out to you guys for help!!!!! Please contact me so I can get the best use out of my IPAD. Thanks, JM

I purchased an IPAD, and Best Buy matched Amazon's price. Now the price is even lower. I like the IPAD for reading books, and some of the Wifi features. I now know why I haven't bought anything Apple for the 33 years.

It works great but beware, the return policy only covers 2 weeks! I bought this as a gift for someone else who wanted a non apple tablet. It was new in the box but I was told my best bet was to sell it off craigslist or eBay By geeksquad since I had entered my third week when I attempted to return it. The last few years I spent a little more at bestbuy and I had 60 days on unopened products. I did not expect it to be two weeks. Tablet works fine but since I already had a few other iPads this one just stays in the car and doesn’t really get used

I love Apple products but I’m not so in love with this iPad, I had that Apple doesn’t have a good note taking app that’s free to use with the iPads since most users of iPads are students or children.

I am having trouble with the tablet wifi, I though it was my wifi, but I tried different and have the same problem

We are very disappointed. She was under the belief she would be receiving the pen. In the warranty it mentioned the pen multiple times I guess and she was under the impression it would come with it. She has big nails so it's harder for her to use. Now, this wasn't too upsetting because I will buy her a pen for the iPad. Here's the bigger issue. My mom is nearly 70 years old. She isn't good on computers and still doesn't have anything other tahn a flip phone. I have been telling her to switch to Apple for ages. She finally agreed so the iPad was purchased. Well, the iPad doesn't even come with an instruction manual. I went online and contacted support for her and they said they don't do them because of the environment. No other company does this and I'm sure it's because of money and not the environment. So, they offer to send it to her on the computer. She doesn't know how to use the computer that well. I can understand not sending because of the environment, but if a customer asks for it a manual should be ready. It's not impossible to create a biodegradable manual. For someone who is of older age they should be able to get a manual if they want to. Like I said I've never heard of any other company doing this. While I think that's cool and if it helps the environment then I'm all for it, but still leave the option if the customer contacts you asking for it. Get one that can't hurt the environment. Apple is too much money to be so cheap like this. I'm teaching her how to use the iPad myself obviously, but she wants a manual to use and read on her own. Just very disappointing in Apple. Not every customer is my age and just catches on extremely fast.

The case would be great if it was so bulky with the backing. The screen color also looks distorted because of the plastic on top. It is a good case, but it’s all bulky for my liking.

GREAT SIZE IPAD BUT BAD GRAPHICS. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD EXCHANGE IT FOR IPAD PRO AND PAY A LITTLE MORE.

had to bring to BestBuy and Apple support. BestBuy could not help, need mail to Apple repair center. first time have issues with apple product. disappointed this time.

We got this as a replacement for the one year old iPad mini after the lcd bugged down for unknown reason. Too early to know if this replacement would stand the test of time.
