I wanted a lab top small to work on excell, in stead I got this pad , is very hard to use excell I regret it

Why not have a price match that extends more than the point of sale?

Nice tablet, kids love it. But to expensive, not worth the price.

We’ve had nothing but problems with this iPad from the start. Son accidentally reset the passcode and couldn’t remember it and the iPad has been in a constant cycle of “reset” ever since. Tried to get help from Best Buy, but we were directed to Apple. Would not purchase this again. The older models were so much easier to use and far less problems!

find android easier to use. too many steps to get one thing done

I ended up returning because of the plastic screen. The finger prints left behind drove me crazy.

I previously had iPads and thought I'd give it another try but it was just as boring as I remember.

This is the second iPad that I have owned. The first one was from 2012 and held up really well so I knew what I was getting with this one. It blows my mind that I was able to get this for $400 with a student discount. If you don’t need the 128gb version than you can get it for $300! It may not have the upgraded specs of the Pro models but those are 2x as much money. For less than a pro, I was able to get a 128gb model with insurance, keyboard, and Apple Pencil. What else more can you ask for? The battery life is great, the screen is bright, and the performance is the best of any tablet i’ve used recently (I own an older iPad for work and a samsung tab s2). Both of those are good but they were both about $500+ when they came out. If I didnt edit video part time, I wouldn’t need to use my MacBook. If you are just looking to edit documents or play some casual games, this is the iPad for you.

my wife absolutely loves her new iPad and uses it daily.

This is a great ipad for my niece but the only cons it the lack to add more memory
