Broke first day we brought it home with a case on it. Doesnt work with apple pen false advertising on that part.

Read store policy before you buy at Best Buy ....iPad had a screen imperfection, was out of town for 15 days right after buying...they only have a 15 return policy iPads. Save yourself trouble buy at apple store, that’s where they sent me . Also they never offerd me apple care ....

I’m going to have to return this. It’s only a few weeks old, and has many quirks.

I prefer Android tablets over iPad. Android is more user friendly.

This was my second ,actually third i pad and I will never buy another! I had the same issue of apps not working with all 3 of them. I never had this issue with a Samsung tablet so that is wj.g at I replaced the i pad with. So far no issues and I am extremley happy with the S5e

The product is okay there are a few bumps on the screen.

I bought this for my daughter for her high school classes. She barely had it for a month when the screen shattered. She had it a good case for protection and it's still shattered. Would not recommend it.

I will never again use bestbuy.com. It serms the only ones able to use my account are criminals. Their orders seem to be started but mine get cancelled for no reason. When they swear they got it right they still screw it up

Use for this iPad was extremely light and still it has been declared "dead" with no way of reclaiming it! As a long time Apple customer this is extremely disappointing.

When I purchased this iPad for my husband for Christmas I was told by the salesperson that it came with GPS, we used it on our sailboat only to find out it did not have GPS we were very disappointed

Terrible product. Doesn’t even turn on anymore and apple says it’ll be $250 to fix a product that was under $400 not even 2 years ago. No thanks.

I'm not impressed with this model, screen does not rotate at times when it gets turned and it gets overwhelmed easily making the touchscreen inoperable forcing me to restart it.

I bought less than 40 days ago used it maybe for 24 hours total. Went to bring it with me, wont turn on at all. Wont charge, tried all their troubleshooting

Only bought it in June of 18 and a little over a year and 1/2 it quit and nothing will bring it back. Plus I keep all my household stuff on it

Not user friendly! No ‘home’ button. Quit charging after 2 weeks! If I hadn’t had ‘Apple Care’, it would have cost me HUNDREDS to replace or repair!

I bought this less than two years ago in May 2018 and it won’t turn on anymore. I think that’s pretty bad for an Apple product.

I got a excellent certified open box from Best Buy geek squad. It came in a packing where you lose the interest of seeing a new iPad.

Would have liked some simple printed instruction on set up. Got it on the 2nd try. Once up and running it is great.

This iPad as been a blessing for my work. So easy to carry along with me. I can't say enough about how much I love it.
