no it's not the newest or the biggest but it's great for casual use and entertaining yourself on a flight. lightweight to throw in a bag, not so expensive that you wanna cry if you damage or lose it.

The IPad mini has the perfect size that does not hurt to hold for a long time. When you are reading a book for example. J like this model more than the others and I just updated myne to the lastest version.

This is hands down one of the best purchases I have ever done. This ipad has made my life so convenient. I am able to do pretty much everything on it. It has greatly enhanced my apple ecosystem.

Apple is always worth the money we just added this to all the other Apple products we own. Simple to use bought it for our son. He does his learning apps on it and other games and keep in contact to family.

The retina screen is excellent except for some YouTube videos playing directly from YouTube app or its website. However, if you play back the same YouTube videos through other websites, they are crisp and clear.

This is her second iPad. Her previous iPad was so old that the battery power was no longer lasting very long. She was due for an upgrade. This new one so so much thinner and so much lighter in weight.

What can I say...it’s an IPad. I can surf the web, check emails, play games. I can do everything I want with this on the internet and it’s easy to use. The battery lasts a long time.

I'm using this to control many home devices including Audio and Video. It's compact and I can also check things on the web, read/respond to emails/texts without going from one device to another.

my previous tablet was a lenovo. i liked that OS, and the tablet itself until the charger port went bad right after the 1-year warranty ended. i'm using this tablet and like the quality.

It had been 6 years before I upgraded- after I purchased I wish I had done it earlier. Picture clarity is fabulous. Love the color, live the screen size and the price was great for the value of the iPad.

This iPad is wonderful! This is my first iPad, gift from my hubby and I’m totally in love!! My kids have them, so I’ve only used them periodically.. now that I have my own I know why they love theirs. Very easy to use.

This iPad is perfect for me. I needed something bigger than my phone and something I could carry around. Also after using my phone after awhile I would get a headache but not so with the iPad! One happy girl here.

I use this mainly for school since i don't like carrying books around. I have all my text books as e-books and its AMAZING. Also great for watching netflix, youtube, and crunchyroll. Must have for college students!

I needed to replace and old iPad Mini and this fit the bill! The iPad is easy to use. I love the color. It does everything I need it to do. To be able to use an Apple Pencil with this is icing on the cake.

Still going strong. Never no trouble. If anything you may want to get 64gb. However even at 32gb it has done all we need even with a 5 yr old grandson.

I have always loved my iPads and this model is no different. It is the standard and I truly enjoy it. I do not do anything heavy duty on it ... just surf the net, Tappatalk, and FB.

Was specifically looking at iPads for using Apple Pencil. I had previously used an iPad 6th Gen, which was an upgrade from an iPad 2 (yeah it was slow, but still worked!) the 6th Gen was definitely great. However, the gap between the external glass and the digitizer leaves a hollow sound and sometimes causes issues with picking up touch. Wanting to use the Apple Pencil I know I would be annoyed by the "tapping" sound. After trying it out in store, I decided on the 2017 iPad 10.5 Pro, I don't regret it. Depending on your needs the iPad 6th Gen is great tablet too, but I just found the experience better on the Pro model with the Apple Pencil. If your on a budget and cannot afford the upgrade, the 6th Gen/Apple Pencil combo is still a good buy.

We got this iPad for my mother-in-law. I kind of wish we would’ve got one with more gigabytes, but the price on this was too good to pass up. It works great for her and she absolutely loves it.
