Great tablet for all family I really always liked iPad but this one is light, easy to use an has good amount of memory

This iPad was a great purchase. It was very simple to setup and was definitely worth the price.

Not sure if it's the actual model I received, a general hardware issue for this gen iPad or what....but, while the processing itself seems fast, the touch responsiveness is glitchy. Sometimes there are delays when entering in the passcode, for example. Other times I have to tap an app more than once to open it. And, separate issue, it occasionally freezes on media apps. I bought this to replace my 4th Gen iPad, which was awesome. However, it had only 4GB of memory and I couldn't use it for much more than watching tv / Netflix / etc. or streaming music. and, it was starting to lag when searching the web and such. Kind of disappointed in this new model. Maybe my experience is common and that's why they were moving them so cheap? If you're going to do more than enjoy entertainment media on it, you may want to spring for a higher end model.

This tablet allows me to save my battery on my actual phone while still enjoying the same luxuries, just on a bigger screen.

I needed something my daughter could use to watch movies on while I drove while we go on vacations this fixed that problem

The basic iPad is great for my husband who is basically just using for email and browsing the various news outlets

Light weight and screen size are perfect. Should it for personal use but find it to be very useful for work when traveling.
