Works great

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I saw this in a Nationwide commercial of all places , they were giving them away if you switched to them ,I had no idea they even existed ,I went out and bought ASAP because I like to listen to a lot of internet content on my phone and its hard to maneuver when your'e driving, with this I just tell it what I want to hear and it does the rest, I had trouble getting it to work and had to call Amazon customer service who told me to re download the Alexa app ,that fixed the problem , their are only three problems I have with it , I wished they had more mounting options than just the air vent mount which by the way works very good I just wished I could put it somewhere else and you have to start the Alexa app each time you get in your car and sometimes it doesn't hear what I'm saying ,other than that it works great.
