Purchased for around the home use to replace an old outdated iPad. Perfect for social media, playing games and surfing the net. Also powerful enough to complete many, many things we found ourselves using a laptop for in the past. Great display and nice sound.

Muy second iPad. The first lasted over 5 years, until I dropped it. I'm and Android phone user, but I love my iPad.

Got this as a Christmas present for my husband. He had been using an old IPad2. Getting it from Best Buy was a no brainer. Always good service. He loves the new device. Loved the ease of operation during initial sign on. Hasn’t had any difficulty with it up til now.

I’m very happy with my new iPad. It didn’t take me long to purchase it as I knew what I wanted. It was a recommendation from my sister who recently purchased the same iPad from Best Buy. The sales person was very helpful and handled my sale efficiently.

I bought this for my autistic daughter and she loves everything about it...if she's happy then I'm happy. Definitely an upgrade from her old iPad mini that was slow and it wouldn't support netflix anymore. Got it on a nice sale for $250. Definitely recommend it.

It’s an iPad, it’s not the fanciest or most powerful one they make, but for simple or normal tasks it works great. I’m sure that I am not taking advantage of it’s full capabilities since I’ve mainly used it for email, social media, and surfing the internet.

very good the new ipad, with a lower price than before and now compatible with the pencil of Apple, if you want a great tablet this has to be chosen

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He uses it every day for puzzles and educational apps I downloaded on it for him. I wish I bought this model for myself. Received iPad by estimated date of delivery and was packed so no damage would happen during delivery.

Great iPad, but for some reason it takes forever to get to 100% battery charge. Not sure if the iPad is defected or the charger is. Easy to use.

We are happy with this purchase. We had a mini iPad, but decided to upgrade to full size for the kids and they really enjoy it and it is easy to navigate

I ordered this Wednesday night for Black Friday and I’m totally in love. It arrived today and I haven’t been able to keep it out of my hands. I love everything about this IPad especially the fact that’s it now compatible with the pencil. This gets 5 stars from me!!!!

It is great to finally see iPads at reasonable prices after so many years. This 9.7" iPad is a great size for a child. I bought it for my kid and she loves it. Easy to set up and easy set put parental controls on with little time and effort. Apple is always quality.

Not much different then the last ipad I had. Quality and size are the same but it does load faster and feels as if it’s getting better battery life

This was a Christmas gift from a family member who is a Die Hard Apple fan with multiple products. I am a technology phobe but with their instruction - I am now a AFFL. Still have a way to go to experience all my Ipad can do - but I am sure I will love the journey

I traded my old iPad in on the new one. I did receive a credit on my old. Used that towards the new. Price was low, so I paid very little. Glad Apple got rid of the 16gig. So it was easier to go with the smaller gig sized one. Since I was use to the 16 on my prior models.

We're very pleased with this iPad. It was a good value, good, solid product, and is doing its job for my college student who needed it for school. She is pleased and not complaining; thus, I am pleased and not complaining.

Apple does a good job making its devices very easy to use. Even my elderly family members can use it without any issues.

This was a gift for my wife who's older iPad was getting a little tired....what can I say, its an iPad and they are hands down the best in my opinion! Love the way they seamlessly sync with other apple products, love the style and "if momma's happy...everyone is happy!"
