Everything is simple to work. The first couple weeks everything was great. Now it seems it is slowing down.

Regardless of the list of upgraded hardware in the iPad, actual usability and improvement to user experience is negligible. Had hoped for more.

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he's enjoying it. If you're not used to Apple products, it's definitely an adjustment, but it's a nice product.

The only problem I have is that the screen pic shifts very easily. I will be reading and all of a sudden I have to turn the tablet around.

The Product was really good and it's more than 2 years I'm using and I haven't got any issues on hardware or software.

we bought the product with great price from BestBuy and my kid started already fall in love with the display of the picture and picture quality.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. He uses it all the time an so far has not had any issues. It's come in handy for school and just everyday uses.

The iPad is good but I wish the screen was a little bigger. The iPad Pro is way too big and this is a little too small wish they had something in

The product replaced an old I pad which died suddenly. The new I pad seems to have more features. But I do not use it much. It's my wife' gadget.

Screen cracked within one week of use. I have the fifth generation withstood the same treatment and screen did not crack have been using it for one year. This one cracked in the first week. Took it to the Apple store they said it looked like impact. I told them it was no more impact therm my other ipads. After some investigation it turns out this generation ipad glass is secured differently then previous generations leaving the glass more prone to cracking.

For the price, this iPad is worth it but the screen is not as nice, sound quality is okay and it’s not as fast compared to the pro models

The 6th gen ipad is very user friendly and a great value for all it comes with and the case was inexpensive and practical. A very good buy for me!

I bought this for my daughter as a replacement for her IPad Air2 which I water damaged. Long story ( don’t worry it works now after months of apologies) short this one looks similar, a couple of notable differences I can say is you’ll have a hard time downloading previous apps (as they may not be visible in the App Store. Also what is wrong with the lag on the screen. The touch screen and the volume. It’s ok after all it is an iPad just not the best.

I wanted to upgrade my iPad and after much research decided that the new iPad was the best choice for me and I was right. Helpful staff at Best Buy.

I haven't purchased an open box before but thsi was a last minute purchase for a family vacation. Will definitely consider again.

Bought it for my daughter. Comes in handy. If you can shell out the cash for it, would recommend. Lots of new features than the older ones.
