Since I'm an android user it's taking time to learn. Fortunately Geek Squad set up email for me or I would be in trouble.

This tablet works fine with no issues. I will recommend it to any one looking for buy an affordable table with good qualities

Except, no booklet/new instructions/how to activate the speaking voice/. Or anything else, just the box with the 6th generation pad..

i like ipad, so i bought it for my niece, not sure when i m going to give it to her due to covid-19

Only drawback is the lack of compatibility with some business programs we run. Everything it is set up to do it does well.

Don’t like the Touch ID. Had to go back to a number code instead. Also had some problems with transferring things from my old iPad.

Let me preface this with the fact that I am a devout android user. I got the iPad air for its performance. I specifically used my old iPad to watch shows, movies, streaming services, etc. I really loved the air's performance. It was a good screen at the time and reliable. With this current model I find it's not as clear eg. Baseball service looks like scrambled 80s TV screen. Some others work better, but even at $250 specifically for watching programming, it's constantly buffering. It's slower than my air. I checked the speed to see if that was the issue and I get 30-50 mb/s and that far exceeds the min requirements. Even the best newest addition for the air the finger print scanner is not very responsive compared to my much cheaper moto phones that are practically instantaneous. I have to say after about a month I feel like I got much better performance from my air. I still use it as it seemed like it was on its way out, but has had some sort of rejuvenation of sorts. So, if you want to use this to watch streaming services I'd look at other options as it's been a bit of a disappointment for me and that's what I wanted this for.

Love how quick it responds to touch. No lag time. Handles games well. The camera is not top notch. Overall great product.

The quality is the main reason to buy. Plus now it has 32gb space for looking at videos from YouTube and playing games.

Bought as a Christmas gift and free downloads that came with it were really helpful, but setup did take longer than expected.

It’s an iPad what more needs to be said. Don’t even use my computer anymore unless I’m going to be working for a long stretch.

To set the ipad up all I had to do is lay my iPhone next to it. Answer a couple of questions and all my info was transfered

I am just starting to use it, Christmas gift. Lots to learn. Wish there was “Owner’s Manual” included, rather looking online.

Bought this for a steal on black Friday for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it plus it's an awesome rose gold finish.

I couldn't really give it 5 stars since I have not used it yet. I bought it for my daughter as a gift for christmas.

I am please with the new Ipad and the salesman was very helpful with service on putting info from old Ipad onto new.

Love the iPad it’s very good for taking notes, I just hate that I got the 32 GB. I recommend getting the 128

This iPad works ok but the iPad Pro is much better with audio and the screen quality.

I have owned 3 iPads so far. My prior one was dropped not long after I received it new as a gift... bummed so went out & got this one. Don’t know why, but just not the same! Doesn’t seem as fast or responsive as I have been accustomed to with the older versions. Photos are good & I really can’t name a true problem with it, just takes longer to load & process than I think that it should!
