And I had to go exchange it with Apple. And still gives prb in charging . This model itself has some issues ..i didn’t like it but my daughter still loves her iPad.lollzz

May need to take to Apple Store to complete set up as Geek Squad could not do. Don’t know why longer password now required than in previous models. Fingerprint I. D. hard for some seniors to use.

as a new ipad user, really struggled.

Made me feel better that it took them a few minutes to fix the issue. Have struggled with ipad and no instructions about system. am slowly getting the hang of it.

I wish the Apple pen could be used on all apps

The Apple pen is amazing! I love using it. The downside is that only a limited number of apps work with the pen for writing as opposed to typing.

Repair costs just under the price of a new one, so making this work till it dies.

Also keeps freezing and randomly closing. Might be the very little memory it has and I haven’t had it for long.
