Sometimes the screen doesn’t flip like it should or it freezes and closes out of everything. I just don’t want to waste my time going there and being told there’s nothing they can do for me.

it was a gift for fathers day for my pops. he has had his mini for god knows how long I seen this on sale plus price matched amazon and got it for about 250 it was a great deal so it was a must buy. my pops loves it.

I had to get a replacement device as apple could not fix my one month old iPad. It crashed when I installed latest update and could not start! I only recommend this due to the fact that apple normallly builds good products.

What can really be said about a apple product? Has apple really changed anything besides the charging port and thickness of the tablet since the 1st iPad was released.. I personally am exhausted with apple's status quo.

Mainly disappointed how cheaply made this gen is compared to previous one I had . Volume button broke after about year of use and the iPad I had for 9 years all buttons still working fine.

I purchased the iPad based on former experience. It does what I need it to do and more than a few things I don't. I'm not a total fan of the one-button technology, but it'll do. Looks exactly like my original iPad.

I upgraded my IPad and it was working great the first few months but it has since slowed down and freezes a lot. This is the reason why I got rid of the old one and upgraded. I think Apple is just overrated.

Normally I love apple products, but I do not know what's happening with the battery, I connect it and in a few minutes it says it's charged but when disconnect is not fully charged and discharged quickly.

A gift for my daughter, a game design student. She seems happy with it. However, the newer model pen is more convenient. Apple did it again, Forcing consumers to spend exorbitant amounts for convenience.

The only thing that’s bad about this is we never use the iPad and the battery drains so quickly. Way over priced for something that lasts not even 30 minutes and takes for ever to charge.

I loved it until it was time to take pictures. The pics have a yellow hue and I don’t know how to regulate it. To my understanding it is not recognizing white balance .

I had a great recor with iPads until this one. Everything was fine for 1 month then it just blacked out and never came back on. According to Apple it was a malfunctioning edition of a NEW iPad

You can get a refurbished year-old iPad Pro in perfect condition for the same price as this, and it’ll run the same speed but have all the pro features. This one has a weak screen and bad sound.

Fast enough, but screen is not as bright or sharp as older iPad mini 4. Case is thicker than older mini 4. Purchased 9n low Black Friday price so value is appropriate. Would not buy full price.

Loved the printer after I got it setup. This is to be used in a college dorm. Trying to get it to work via wireless was almost impossible. I had to call the IT department to help set it up.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my mother whose best friend got one and loved it. Her son is a techie but found hard to set up not being familiar with apple products as I have always used Android products. Think apple asks for too much personal info to be stored on the device for safety reasons.otherwise it is a good product that my mother loves having though more costly than an android version. Whatever mom wants she gets because she is awesome!

Best entry level iPad and great for kids if you plan on purchasing an iPad are cautious about investing in the iPad Pro version get this instead and you wil not be disappointed.

Product functions well but I am disappointed that it only came with 32 GB of storage. Apple tends to charge too much for storage. Disappointing

I’m so used to my iPhone I thought it’d be great to get this for my mother however the features to support deaf or hard of hearing are non existent. Kinda disappointed.

I returned this item for two reasons -- one large and one huge: 1. This model's processor greatly struggles with just modest, elementary games; and 2. For a company that, just last week, ran ads telling you about how it values privacy, the truth is that you really don't -- or can't -- know just how private the device really is. On my Android and Windows devices, I use an app called CCleaner -- which can erase hidden caches, file fragments; cookies; unused folders; and more. CCleaner apparently used to be available on iOS devices -- but is not now, CCleaner says, because of an Apple sandboxing issue. I contacted Apple's online chat support about this -- and as the transcript of that conversation clearly shows, Apple's people were less than useless regarding this issue. They pointed out that their app store has some programs similar to -- but not exactly the same as -- CCleaner. To me, that's a critical difference. If I can't remove all of the unwanted junk on an iPad that I can remove on my Windows computers and Android phone -- then the iPad becomes a serious security and privacy problem. When I complained to Apple about the poor online chat support -- a 45-minute conversation in which Apple's reps demonstrated both a lack of knowledge, and concern, about this issue -- Apple never bothered to respond. Hence, Apple's expensive TV ad campaign about "privacy" sure looks two-faced now.
