I’ve bought several iPads in the past. This one has been nothing but trouble. Finally called Apple, sent mine in for repair, couldn’t fix, had to be replaced. New One just about as bad, have to regularly power it off and reset. Will be calling soon again about the replacement

4 times didn’t the Geek Squad didn’t fix our problem with our iPads

We bought this product for my daughter to use for speech therapy.

It was to small I like a bigger screen so I returned it.

Dissapointed because I need be on open wi-Fi to use.

Love it. Great iPad. Clear image. Good camera. Not too heavy

I thought it was a very good purchase, after almost 3 years it broke down, it didn't want to turn on, I don't know what happened to it, the charger is good, the problem is that my warranty expired

Takes forever to charge And last for a very short period time. Very unhappy with the quality of the battery in this unit would never purchase this again or recommend it to anyone

This item was returned after 12 hrs. Too hard to navigate I got a galaxy A tab 10.1 instead it's awesome just like a giant phone.

Newest generation Apple product - show and glitchy. I don't see why people still but these products at such high prices. I bought these for work and wish I could but something else to open their eyes to better products.

The Ipad does not hold WiFi. Each time I use it I need to log into WIFi. I went to Best Buy but the problem could not be resolved because I needed to be at my residence to connect to WiFi. It is very frustrating!

I no sooner plugged it in and the on/off button was faulty. Looked at the wine cooler and realized it looked cheap. The double doors detract from the look. So it was on the phone to Best Buy for a return and credit.

I bought this 18 month ago. It worked only for 12 month then battery start dying very quickly. Now, it take about half day to get charged only %4. I wasted $450.

The battery takes forever to charge. So if it’s dead don’t expect to use it in the next ten minutes because it’ll still be dead. Also figuring out how to silence it was different.

We are an Apple family my iPad broke after 10 years and just had to have another one Wouldn’t buy from anywhere but Best Buy’s. I have always had great service.

Your phone can do all of this and more. My kids don't use them any more because they took fortnite out of the app store

My kids enjoyed them for a while. Then apple removed fortnite from the app store and these are useless to them and me.

My first Appple product...my last Apple product. I just couldn't figure out how to make it do what I needed done.

This was a gift from my husband, to replace one that was more than 9 yrs old. Very pleased with the size, weight, and features. Was easy and uncomplicated to set up. Got the Speck - Balance Folio Protective Case in plumberry purple (beautiful color). Highly recommend this iPad and the case. Excellent price at Best Buy.

Purchased this ipad and went to ATT to get the date line hooked up and was told this new ipad was wifi only! I am not a happy customer!
