Bought new model IPad as a replacement for my 10 year old son he just loves it. I would recommend buying a protective case and especially a tempered glass screen protector because the glass will shatter easily if miss handled or dropped unfortunately I found this out the hard way!

I've purchased several iPads and this latest 9.7" model is yet another solid Apple product. At this point, the iPad has proven itself to be an excellent device for all ages. If you can get it at the sale price, an even better value. Bottomline, it just works.

I enjoy using this when I don't feel like lugging around my laptop. It's a good replacement, for doing light work or for streaming.

So, I've been a big user of apple products for a while. I got an iPad air 2 years ago and figured having access to the pencil would be an awesome upgrade. While the pricing is attractive, you basically get what you pay for. The new iPad is thicker than my old one, and feels like a child's toy. If you're looking for something that can fit the budget and have never experienced an ipad this would probably be great for you. But personally, I feel like I'm tapping on a hollow screen made of plastic. The pencil almost feels cumbersome and detracts from the use of its purpose. While using the pencil, you have to look at the screen directly because the screen is so far away from the "glass", that it's not really precise otherwise. It just feels like a knock-off. I'll be returning this and upgrading to a pro.

I purchased this for my 10 years about 4 years ago she was 6 then. She has had no issues with it highly recommend buying the otter box with is a life saver.

I bought this iPad along with a MacBook Pro to take notes at college when I didn't need to bring my computer. Apple Pencil support turns this into one giant notebook and it's great for college students. 9.7" is a perfect size for me.

This is a great choice for someone who doesn’t need all the features of the pro or wants to pay pro prices. It has pencil support and paired with a keyboard case running iOS 13 it’s like a mini MacBook

The new iPad faster than earlier one. I have upgrded latest iOS and new apps. It's all working well.

It works great, still. Keeping it healthy and managed is pretty easy, but for a non-Apple-exclusive family, it's kind of a pain.
