I’ve had this only for a few weeks now. So far I’ve been able to watch videos/ shows through different Apps. I seem to have found a glitch with Videos and Netflix. Possible display issue, once show is over, can’t select the back arrow or other options on the top of the screen. I have a cover/ magnetic keypad for it, that I really love having. I tried to use the Apple Pencil for it, don’t think it works for this product line/ version. Still, I don’t regret my purchase.

This was a replacement for my iPad Air 2. It’s a great tablet for the price. The battery life is good.

I’m a 4th time owner of an iPad and this was a much better value than my previous ones. I also like the fact that this IPad works with the pen but I wish it would have been priced as a bundle instead of as a separate cost.

Excellent product. I have a Macbook pro so I just wanted an iPad for everyday streaming when I'm out of town for work. This iPad is perfect. However, the customer service at the Wilmington location is terrible.

The pencil works great and This is a pretty good tablet for the price considering iPads are usually more expensive.

I love having both a laptop and an iPad to take advantage of mobile as well as traditional apps. When I cracked my screen, Best Buy was very helpful with pointing out the best option for getting it fixed.

I gave it to my wife for her Birthday and she was impressed, because the initial setup was straight forward and easy and her phone application were downloaded without any problem -and also her phone contacts

cant go wrong with an ipad but depends what you use for it, if its just for media use the basic 32gb is fine, now if you are downloading alot of things get the one with a bigger hard drive

i got this for my little cousin and he absolutely loves it he has this one app downloaded and he goes crazy without it even if it’s really bad for him and he cries if you take it away smh this generation

You can’t go wrong giving an IPad as a present. They always say thank you and love the product. If not they can return it and apply that amount to some other item they want. Thanks a Best Buy.

My first IPad, and so far has been very easy to use, and I feel it was a great purchase for the sale price.

This iPad is great for all the pictures I take. The camera quality is very good and clear. It picks up the vibrant colors. Also it has a ton of space and because it is a decent size I am able to see every clear.

A worthwhile improvement over my old iPad Air. The difference in processor speed is noticeable during streaming.

We bought this for one of my kids and now it has turned into the family IPad. We use for everything. Great product. We have been thru many IPads and apple Products. Always buy them.

I've had an iPad 2 for many years. Bought this "new" iPad to replace an iPad mini. I've had a tablet, but gave it to a grandson. I love how the iPad functions and connects to my older iPad without a hitch.

bought it for video and works well for that would have bought a more expensive one but i i pay 2.99 a month for 200 gigs of cloud storage solved the problem did not know they have no card slot otherwise great

This TV has a very good picture and works well for video streaming. I use the Spectrum App for video streaming and eliminated the monthly charge for a cable box. Very satisfied with this purchase.
