My girlfriend needed an upgrade from her old ipad. I was able to get an incredible deal on an open box. Don't be scared to buy open box. Most of the time, there is absolutely nothing wrong with them.

Purchased this for an elderly member of the family and it suits their needs well. Even though it is Apple's budget model, it still is equipped with powerful hardware and features that are great for non pro users.

This iPad was purchased for my child. He loves to use it everyday for learning and entertainment. It’s easy for him to use and enjoy. I have no complaints.

I upgraded to this from an older mini unit. It was the bargain basement version of the latest iPad at the time. It works great over a few years now and I have no intention of upgrading anytime soon.

This is a great price for the newest ipad. It's not cutting edge but for this price you can't beat it.

A reliable and very accessible way to access the internet. Not for the hardcore gamer or business person, but for home use this works great and is an overall good value.

My husband loved this iPad ..He passed away this year and I gave it to one of my granddaughters.. She loves it as much as her grampy did... wonderful way to pass on the memories and love....

Well worth the money as I wanted specific art programs. Sadly my apple pen was stolen the other day and I will have to buy another one. Overall I have had no issues with my iPad or the workers at Best Buy.

After tons of research I decided on this tablet for my 9 year old. It’s best because of the Apple Pencil that can be paired with it. It’s being used as a drawing tablet to encourage her artistic ability.

With holiday pricing I traded in my older iPad for a new one (which I did previously a few years ago). I didn't have to spend too much and now have the latest iPad, so a win-win. Great product, as usual.

Great iPad, especially coming from an iPad Mini 2. Not that much into tablets given I have an iPhone and MacBook Pro but this is extremely helpful when I don't want to bother with those devices.
