I bought this for my father for Christmas. He’s 84 years old and moderately tech savvy. He was able to navigate it, but mainly because he has an iPhone. He loves it!

I had this iPad for almost a year when the screen quit working on it. Instead of trying to deal with Best Buy, I called Apple directly and was walked through the process. I ended up sending the defective product to Apple and received a brand new one with no cost to me. Definitely recommend Apple for support over any others!

I got my product on Black Friday. Ordered it online and was able to pick it up an hour later. It was a very efficient process, and I’ve had no issues with the device.

I wanted an Ipad which is apple pencil compatible and this one comes at a good bargain .There is no lag whatsoever when used with pencil .I would totally recommend it

Bought it for my niece. She loves it. Have to manage the amount of time they do end spending on a tablet. but good educational apps in the market which helps.
