    I need assistance to use the pad. The contact person Austin Fukuoka at afukuoka@apple.com has never contacted me. I made 4 attempts calling leaving a message and email 3 times but to no avail. What the sense of having an Ipad if I'm not able to put it to good use?

    This is a great iPad for the money. A10 processor is really fast. It’s a nice upgrade from my iPad mini 2.
