Simple upgrade from previous version of IPad. Live on this device as I use it for everything around house and at work. Great device, and now with Apple Pen compatibility, it's even easier to use for multiple applications.

I had no issues with this product. What can I say that hasn’t been said 1000 times. It’s an iPad and it worked.

So far so good, it is completely as expected. Bought unlocked one to use on road through mobile service

I have owned this since the summer and have had no problems at all. This was an open box item and it was delivered to me good as new. I use it when flying in a Cessna 172 and it has never failed me.

I use this for GPS it works good aside from the screen dimming when it gets hot. Same as iPhones.

This is a good tablet. I was hoping to might do a few more things but it it a good one for the money.

Processing speed is very impressive and use with Apple Pencil is so smooth. So much nicer to have the magnetic pencil attachment with the ability to charge. A bit pricey, but worth the expense.

Love the iPad, but, have a concern about it getting very warm on the right side.

Excellent tablet. Sound quality not perfect but purchased small speaker and that did the trick. Could not ask for a better product. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a tablet that does it all.

This is my fourth iPad, and the best features to date. I wish the instructions for setting the device up were more clear but I did manage to get it done.

Replaced an old iPad...had no idea how slow the old one was. Happy with a "refurbished" model...it did not say it was Geek squad certified...but when it arrived it was. Very pleased

I saved over $150 by purchasing the open box item. It’s in perfect condition and comes with the same warranty as one that’s not been opened

I got this iPad for business, has the built in cellular , wifi easily connects , use the stylus pen and faster to use !! No complaints

My daughter loves it! I have no problem with the item but I tried to get it for 100 dollars cheaper open box and it would not go through which was very frustrating.

Had older versions of the iPad, including all the way back to the original 1st generation. The people at Best Buy were great to work with, very happy with this 2018 iPad.

I use it all the time it works great. Screen is nice and bright never had a iPad before but plan to switch to use the iPad
