I like the iPad because it is small and light enough to carry with me. I did consider a laptop but they are very expensive and the iPad serves my purposes very well. I am not young and would never use all the features of a laptop.

Great iPad for everyday use

Battery life is prettt good . Great for everyday use. It is also great because the person that I have this too also has an iPhone so you can easily backup information and it will be in both devices.

Lightweight, but needs better WiFi

I have been traveling with my 11" MacBook Air. I was amazed at how light this iPad is, but the MacBook Air stays on WiFi signals much better.

My husband loves the upgrade and uses it often and is very pleased with its performance. I highly recommend both the I-Pad and Best Buy. Their sales reps are knowledgable and easy to work with, never pushy.

Just What We Wanted

Due to the holidays, there was a slight delay in getting delivery, but it all turned out OK. My son actually had it set up and charged by the time he got home from work. He's been using it ever since.
