    This was my first open box purchase through Best Buy and would try it again. The IPad was in perfect condition. I'm not sure if they originally come with a manual but one was not included. (Which would have been helpful) The free Geek Squad virus protection was worthless since I couldn't get it installed for the life of me. But other than that the IPad works great and I'm happy with the purchase.

    Love the Ipad... had issues with the first Ipad Air 2 I bought and Best Buy deemed it was defective and gave me a new one within 30 days of purchase. They are the great to work with!
