No I decided to get another for my mother in law and it has the same effect. She is a novice to technology however she navigates well, it is also very convenient when taking it from place to place as it can fit neatly into bags. Absolutely love it.

This was our 5th iPad purchase. Our son was squinting entering notes and writing on his iPhone so it was time to get him a bigger screen. Being in the same eco system as the Iphone eliminated the learning curve
