Refined through the generations this one is thin enough to slice bread and maybe cheese. The weight is well balanced while keeping phenomenal battery life.

It's faster than my older iPad . It's a great upgrade . A lighter iPad version than the older models. Better than a kindle fire for the price.

Bought this for my mom, and she loves it! My wife and I just had a baby girl and wanted to make sure my mom could see her on a regular basis. FaceTime allowed that and is head and shoulders a better video chat alternative than anything Android offers.

I wanted to get an iPad for my mother and found BestBuy had the best deal. There is not too much to say about the product. It is the well-known dependable product that you are comparing across different sites. I found BestBuy's deal the best.

The only problem I had with the purchase was with the Zagg Invisible Shield. The directions for attaching the screen protecter were VERY small and not very precise. Had trouble getting it on. It was disapoointing that you should wait a full day before using the iPad after attaching the shield. The iPad, ear buds, charger, case et al work fine and would recommend them. It is pricey.

typically I don't buy open box tech at Best Buy, but the deal was too good. I was leery at first but the IPad worked fine( As promised by Geek Squad Tech). So I saved money and got a great Apple product to boot! Thanks Best Buy for a GREAT buy!

I have Pancreatic Cancer and my son suggested I get the I Pad so that I can listen to it while at the hospital. It's a great help to have the classical music as well banjo music while there

It works great. I honestly couldn't ask for anything better. I use it to remotely run the sound board at church. I can finally leave the sound booth and still have full control of the sound.

Ipad Air couldnt get better. Neat on the display, weight and performance. However, I guess the battery made smaller, shortens the uptime for the device.

My daughter seems to be happy with the purchase that I brought her for Xmas!!! But when buying this product on this particular day. The employees in this department were not help full! I understand was busy but I purchased the screen protector on this was wrong size cause the sales person didn't really care!! After open u can't return and was way to big!! Every year I spend 700/1000 dollars in this store would be nice if to have caring salesman to serve u better!!
