It seems to do everything I need, except hold pages when I'm not near wi-fi. Had trouble after I forgot my passcode - an arduous process to restore to factory settings. Lost an app or two, not much else.

The only concern I have is that when I turn the voice up, the ipad body vibrate somewhat. So most of time when I watch vedio, I usually put it on a iPad stand.
