I wish the service at best buy was better, and the discount on an open box was miniscule. The ipad is art, my mom, who cant communicate due to a stroke, is finding it useful. There are a number of apps that are free to download. A win for communication board.

I haven't had a chance to FaceTime with it but I have watched Hulu and Netflix on it and the picture quality is excellent... The price was a seeking point for me.

Lightweight design an improvement from iPad 2

I like the lightweight design of the Air and how thin it is. I wish the screen was a little larger and I miss having the dedicated switch to turn off the sound. Took me a while to get used to where the mute option was.
