We are using it as a registration tablet and multi media storage and control device for an IoT lab that we are setting up.

It's an iPad

I hate waiting for a laptop to boot-up or shut down, not to mention that they are much bulkier. Everything I need to do on a computer, I can do on my iPad very quickly. Love the convenience.
