This user-friendly device was easily and intuitively managed by a complete (and incidentally 'elderly') beginner. The Best Buy price with promo was a TERRIFIC value. I added a Brydge keyboard (look for lowest prices) for ease of use for an individual with "carpenter size hands", which has made it more of a pleasure. 'Wonderful product, value and sales experience at Best Buy.
