Upgraded from an Ipad 2 which I bought in 2010. Decided to buy the Air 2 as I noticed my old unit lagging and freezing most of the time. The Air 2 is much lighter and performance is very zippy. The display is crystal clear.

This is the second iPad Air 2 we get for the family. This one replaces an old iPad 2. I just love how easy it is to integrate with the rest of our Apple devices and how painless the migration of information from the old to the new tablet worked. The extra storage is a welcome benefit.

We don't upgrade to new version every year however it was time to move on from the first iPad. What a difference. Lighter faster thinner. Product exceeded our expectations.

Finally decide to upgrade after dropping my original a number of times and scattering the screen. Was the best thing I did. It is not only lighter but the clarity on the screen is amazing ! Also played it smart and purchased a hard case verse a view case for it for added protection.

It's Apple with the benefits and, if you don't like them, differences. Lighter and thinner than the iPad Air. Seems faster, great screen.

Apple - iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi 64GB - Gold is the best iPad so far. Its just the right size and weight for me and it packs a lot of computing power with oustanding battery life! Five stars!!!

I had one of the early generations of ipad and noticed it lagged quite a lot and seemed to take long times to load the newer apps that were coming out. This ipad is so much lighter and obviously has the faster hardware to run the apps alleviate my frustrations with the older product.

The price is excellent, and the ipad itself functions very well. I only bought the body in BestBuy without any cases or covers. It is quiet light compared to my 3rd Gen ipad. There is a minor problem: when playing music loudly, there could be small vibration on the body near the speaker.

I liked the first iPad Air 2 (16 GB) I purchased so much that I purchased this extra one (64 GB) for my wife, who uses it constantly to read free online books and to ask Siri the temperature in Germantown MD, among other uses. She likes the midnight blue case I bought to go with it.

Finally decided to step up and get a pad and after talking to several IT type folks and taking into account that I had an IPhone, I went with the IPad. I was watching ads and it showed up on sale at Staples but I prefer to buy my electronics at Best Buy and they are great about price matching. They did just that and I was able to get the Ipad Air II instead of a lesser model so I'm set for a while with latest tech. Really like it and the Shelbyville Road store folks were great. I went back to my usual store in Clarksville several days later to get a screen protector and tablet cover. The girl there was wonderful, helping me find the best protector and sorting through the different covers to try so I got what worked for me. She even looked and was able to price match both items for me which helped the budget on a several hundred dollars worth of investment on pad and accessories. Best Buy is my store for electronics and has been for years. Keep up the great service and friendliness!!

I finally took the plunge on this unit as an upgrade to my Windows tablet, which I will still use as a backup. I wanted to get something to use for iTunes and Kindle reading mainly, and this fits the bill perfectly. Luckily I found the booklet iPad for Seniors at an estate sale for a dollar right after purchasing, which helps bolster my learning curve. Like my iPhone, I expect to get long life out of the Air 2 and will especially like its light weight, long battery life and flexibility on trips.

Coming from an iPad 3, the improvements in speed, weight, and size are noticeable. It's amazing how fast everything runs now, although it doesn't really do anything the old one didn't.

I needed to update my iPad 2 and the price on the iPad Air 2 was too good to pass up. I was not happy that the 32GB is no longer offered. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I am usually around Wi-Fi so I did not purchase the cell version. Chip speed is great, just wish there was more RAM.

Overall a very enjoyable tablet... My only real negative is that there is no flash for the camera, for $600 you should get a flash, come on. otherwise I love the iPad air 2, I def recommend going with atleast a 64gb. The operating system takes up so much space and with the update it adds up.

Love this version of the IPAD. Had a 2, then a 4, now the Air 2. All were great but love the capacity and speed of the Air 2. I thought the speakers were a bit tinny but have gotten used to them. Combined with a Logitech blue tooth keyboard it works like a Surface tablet. Love it!

I recently upgraded from my iPad 2 to iPad Air 2. The difference between the two is outstanding. It's the fastest piece of technology I currently own (which I have a nice collection), and it's my go to for taking notes in class (I can upload my class slides to Notability and write on them- which I do for almost every one of my classes). I love the Touch ID feature, and Apple pay is great. The screen is absolutely beautiful, and I highly recommend buying this. I'm a college student, and I practically do everything on my iPad- I couldn't function without it. My laptop has become more of a desktop now. It's well worth the money, especially for 64GB of data.

How can you NOT like the ipad air 2. I got a good discount price matching so thats a huge plus. Also I highly recommend getting s shield for the screen. Its an over sized iphone I can use on my couch or in bed when I dont feel like sitting on a PC. So its a computer on my lap, love it.

I had the original iPad and never upgraded... but now finally did and still use my old one for music, etc... but loving the latest version... and the Microsoft RDP app that I got makes it a great substitute for a laptop so when I am on the go and don't want to carry that, it is perfect!
