I HAD A OLDER ONE AND LOVED IT AND SO DID MY GRANDKIDS. I THOUGHT IT WAS TIME FOR UP GRADE SO I GOT THIS ONE AND LOVE IT. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER AND COMES WITH A LOT MORE STUFF ON IT. GREAT BUY AND NOW I CAN BE ON THE NEW ONE AND GRANDSON ON THE OLDER ONE. WE BOTH HAPPY.

REALLY like my new iPad Air 2. Upgraded from an iPad 2 so this was a huge improvement. It is so light and fast and the screen is super duper. Touch ID rocks as always...

I bought this as a gift, and love the size and weight. I own the 4th generation iPad 16gb and love it, but this is a nice upgrade in size, weight, and space.

The reason for my purchase was because of the Apple Sales Staff. He was the most knowledagble employees that I have experienced at Best Buy since ( 1997)I have buying from Best Buy. This staff(Apple) Jonathan, assessed my needs, & asked a variety of questions to ensure all of my needs were met. His knowledge, expertise, & communications skills were exceptional & professional in all respects. Because of this experience & his assistance, I purchased the IPad II Air. I was on the "fence" about buying this item, but his assistance i.e. Ensuring my needs were fully & in some respects were exceeded, I decided to purchased the IPad. This was a refreshing experience & I enjoyed dealing with an individual with this type of infectious enthusiasm & knowledge in doing his job. I have already recommended to one of my daughters to look at buying an I Pad from Best Buy at this store in Fort Myers.

I have been using my iPad Air 2 for a few weeks now, and it is truly wonderful. I was amazed at how easily everything transferred from the iPad 2 that I had been using. It is so much lighter, and the images are so much better. I am very glad that I finally upgraded.

Upgraded my ipad 2 16GB (150 dollar trade in plus 50 dollar coupon on purchase of ipad air 2). Decided on the 64gb model. Very happy with purchase. Very light and fast.

I have never owned any Apple product, this is my first and defenatly not the last. Have always operated Android/Google tablets, but the simplicity of the iPad Air and the beautiful display have blown me away

I was a previous owner of an IPad Mini. I feel the IPad Mini is too small and better suited for children. The sound quality is superb. I love that it has Touch ID. I also love the thin design. It's easy to throw in my purse and go. i love it compared to my old Mini.

This was for my son. It's his second iPad and he knew what was new--it meets his expectations of a crisp display for watching videos, for fun apps/games that work seamlessly, and for FaceTime and texting with his friends. That said, I prefer an Android based tablet. ;)

This thing is amazing. Used mostly by my granddaughter, and she has no problems even though she is only five. Smaller and more convenient than a laptop but easier to see and use than my husbands 'high tech' cell phone. Would absolutely purchase it all over again!

Lighter and thinner than past iPads this tablet is easy to tote around with an exceptional camera and screen resolution. Finger print ID makes login a snap. A fun and powerful tablet that can almost double as a computer for simple applications and work tasks.

I specifically purchased this iPad to use when I judge gymnastics competitions. I downloaded all of the USA Gymnastics rules and have a program that allows me to judge routines digitally. I will never run out of paper and pen in the middle of a routine again!

I was skeptical about purchasing an iPad, and then I made the mistake of purchasing a Kindle HD. Don't get me wrong. The Kindle HD is good, but the iPad mini is GREAT! I don't know what I was thinking. I'm a professor, so it allows me to do a lot of things without turning on my laptop. I've found apps for recording grades; I can use Microsoft Office; and I have Scrabble. Basically my iPad Mini is a great big iPhone which I love as well. I purchased the 128 GB since it was roughly the same price as the full sized 64 GB iPad. My mini fits into my purse or backpack with ease. I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!

It meets my expectations. Has everything I need. It syncs so nicely with all our other apple products. We bought a glass screen saver for it and that works nicely. We also bought a keyboard for it and that is so easy to use sync via Bluetooth in seconds. We are still looking for just the right protective case for it. We really wish that we didn't have to buy all that as add on.... Such a cottage industry. Bought from Best Buy and happy with sales dept. The geek squad was frustrating tho s sales person said we could just go over and have them put on screen saver. Got there and waited forever to speak with someone. They then said we needed an appointment to speak with technician but we needed to speak with a technician to make an appointment. Waited forever for them to start putting screensaver on and then two differs people had to try as they coulndt get on without dirt under.

I have a friend from Iraq with whom it is somewhat difficult to communicate as well as we would like. So I gave her the Air 2 iPad so she could download some activities in Arabic for her children, and she is so excited. Just loves it! Says she keeps it with her 24/7.

This is my first iPad purchase. I am truly impressed with the speed and ease of use. I also bought a case for the iPad biased on the Reccomendation of the sales associate. I am pleased with the case as well.

This iPad is fast. The clarity of the screen is awesome. I would not use this product without first selecting a really good screen protector or keyboard. I've used an iPad for the last 4 years and to step up to the newest model is a huge difference in speed.

I use it for some online craft classes and some professional continuing education. I like the big screen and not having books collecting dust on my shelves when I am through. Since all of my home technology is Apple based, it made sense to stick with Apple.

I have the Ipad mini but wanted the larger screen. The price at Christmas was excellent, so it was time to get this then. IPad Pro seems to expensive for now. So the Air is a good compromise for wanting the larger screen but not paying too much for the Pro.

This device is wonderful. Light, thin, has many new feature, very portable. I take it everywhere , it fits easily in any place, pocketbook, briefcase, even backpack.
