The best two things about the ipad air 2 are the light weight factor and fingerprint ID support. Other than that it is pretty comparable to the earlier version.

Far superior to the original Ipad2 we replaced. The speed alone makes it worth the trip. The display is far superior in both brightness and color rendition.

This Ipad was a gift and replaces my Ipad 2. This Ipad is so much lighter than my other and the brightness of the screen makes it much easier to see and read.

The Air works at a good speed. I wish I could download Instagram and Snapchat on it. One cool thing is that my iPhone screen blacked out and so I went onto my iPad to enable text so that I could text from there. Sometimes the speed can get slow or the resolution gets blurry but I'm not sure if it's my reception or the iPad. I've only had it for a month.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loves it. Takes it with her wherever she goes. Apple products can be pricey but you definitely get top notch equipment.

Upgraded from a 2nd gen i-pad, the speed and flexibility are noticeable. Additionally the fingerprint id on the home button is a great convenience feature.

I had an original IPad mini and it was slowing down every time they upgraded the operating system. This IPad 2 is a lot faster on all downloads and uploads.

An iPad is so easy to use. I bought enough storage so it will go the distance. Wonder why it took me so long to buy one. But the ipad2 air was worth waiting for.

This was bought to replace my iPad gen 1 which was still alive. I needed something that could let me work and be entertained while on the road. Fast-and snappy!

Great product. I love iPads. The iPad air 2 battery lasts forever it seems. One caution, apple made a change to the screen technology in the Air 2 for increased efficiency and this change causes some problems for bluetooth stylus's. They still work but not as well as with iPad Air 1 models. However, most people do not use bluetooth stylus's.

I needed a screen bigger than my iPhone, but not as big as my tablet. Wanted it to be accessible, easy to navigate and portable. Found all of this in the Air Pad 2. Recently downloaded movies to watch during international travel. The Air Pad 2 was just the perfect size to travel with in my carry-on & and the screen was just the right size to watch the movies on. I love it!!!

The iPad Air delivers solid performance and battery life in an attractive and impossibly thin-and-light package. The front-facing camera delivers excellent FaceTime capabilities and the Retina Display is top-notch.

I upgraded from an IPA 2 so you can imagine I feel this iPad is better in every way. The screen is clearer, processor is faster, and camera is better. My kids and I use it every day. We looked at the amazon fire but we didn't like the ecosystem as much. We also looked into a surface but that was to expensive. This iPad is fast and is the best experience for the dollar we found.

The iPad has been easy to use, battery life is decent, and app/accessory support is commonplace. I can't report any issues and am pleased with this purchase.

The tablet is very light in weight and very thin. I used to have an ipad air, now that I've used the 2 for quite a while, I feel the original air is too heavy...

I have used each version of the iPad and this is by far the best one. It is lighter and the screen resolution is sharp. Gave it to my son who uses if for school.

I was looking to replace my first generation iPad and this one is awesome. Very fast and nice upgraded features. We kept the old one for kids games and movies.
