Having the first generation iPad that served me well, this device is improved in all respects. The speed of the apps is fast and the resolution of the screen is very much improved. Battery life remains a strong point even though this device has grown more powerful. I highly recommend the iPad 2 air.

This tablet is a great upgrade from my Android tablet being so much lighter and so much faster. If only it were a little lower priced I would have given five stars.

I replaced an iPad 2 with the iPad 2 Air. This one has greater storage and the camera is infinitely better. That said, The incessant upgrades are pretty annoying so I do not do everyone. I do not like that the iTunes music folders did not transfer over from the old to the new. Hundreds of songs all jumbled up. I am sure there is a way to fix this but it should have just transferred over. I am not a fan of the new format the iTunes store took on with the recent upgrades. Hence, I really don't need the extra storage. Oh well. It is a nice tablet that does what is supposed to and nothing more.

Great size and weight, Display is bright and crisp. Camera is better than my old iPad. Wealth of apps available. Wish the battery life was better but still good.

My iPad Air is an improvement over my iPad 2. Since it has more GB, I am able to download more apps. The Numbers App and Pages App were already on it when I received it. I have just started using Numbers and it is easy to learn (especially) if you have used Excel. All in all, I am glad I upgraded.

I had an Apple IPad with Retina display. Loved it but it only had 16 G. and had almost no more memory. Decided to get the iPad Air 2 with 64 g of memory. It is so much lighter than my other and has additional features. So easy to slip in my purse. Am going to pass my older iPad on to my husband.

i am upgrading from Ipad1st gen & the new kindle fire hdx. IPad Air 2 wifi is night & day faster than both. Love the weight & solid feel of iPad Air 2 vs. heft/bulk of Ipad1st gen & the plastic feel of kindle fire hdx. iPad Air 2 is a joy to use -- my whole family prefers vs. the other 2 options left.

I am not an Apple fan, but the Air 2 is the best tablet available. I have tried others, but they do not match this product for quality, ease of use, touch technology, speed and display.

I finally traded in my iPad 2 (and received a fair price I felt) and upgraded to the new iPad Air 2... wow, what a difference! The screen is amazing, the new processor is blindingly fast and the Touch ID is a nice feature. I don't really carry it around much, so the new slim profile and weight isn't a big deal to me, although I can definitely tell a difference. My one complaint with the silver (and I guess gold) colored versions would be the white border around the screen. I often use mine for watching movies and TV and the white was a bit distracting. I could have gotten used to it I'm sure, but I traded the silver in for a space gray and black version and it's perfect!

Since I purchased the iPad Aid 2 six weeks ago, I have enjoyed using it. It's much more convenient than logging into my ancient laptop. The iPad Air 2 is lightweight and great to own. Because I purchased the 64GB, I have plenty of space left to download apps, save photos to my camera roll. etc.

I love my Ipad Air 2 64g. It is very lightweight and compact but has a good-size screen so everything is readily visible. It's perfect to travel with and to move around the house wherever you may be working. For iphone users, it's a breeze as it works the same as the phone. Get it, you'll love it.

I'm an architect and use my tablets for drawing, rendering and create as built plans. Owning another iPad for like 5 year and a Nexus7 Asus for 2 years. The quality, the performance and speed of this tablet is far away much better.

This is my second Ipad. It is a nice advancement from the iPad2. The screen is bright and looks great. The battery last for days of normal use and the processor seems to respond much better than my old one did. I haven't had any problems from it and it exactly what I expect from apple products.

The iPad Air2 was a significant improvement to my second generation iPad. The good. definitely lighter than previous versions. Screen is extremely clear, and the camera works well for a tablet. I like the fingerprint reader to open quickly. Programs run faster with the improved processor and increased RAM. The bad. Battery life!! The reduced sized came with the cost of a reduced battery life. I use the device primarily for travel, and was extremely disappointed in the battery. It was touted as an improvement, but I can only imagine that is if everything is turned off. If you are a power user, keep this in mind. The other (small) complaint would be that the screen really shows fingerprints. It does not normally show when using it, but I was surprised when I set it next to my wife's iPad. A decent upgrade if you have an older unit, but will hold off on upgrading our other iPad.

Replaced my iPad 3rd gen with this Air 2. I was able to trade in my old iPad at the same time I bought this one. Much lighter, a bit thinner and the screen resolution is noticeably better. Nice to have the touch ID as well. Nothing negative to say about this iPad so far. Glad I upgraded!

I have a first generation iPad mini and decided to give the Air 2 a try. I love the larger format and there is such a big difference in the speed. No more waiting for pages to reload. The only negative is that the speakers vibrate but that was not enough to take away even a half a star.

I have been using the original iPad since it first came out. This latest iPad Air 2 is a huge step up for me. I am blown away by the quality of the images on the retina display. The front facing camera has been spectacular for FaceTime and Skype calls. I am extremely pleased with this iPad.

Beautiful device, Extremely light weight but my wife has noticed it is a little glitch. Like if she is listening to music in YOUTUBE or the ITunes Music channel or something and if she slightly bumps or jiggles the ipad it stops and turns off. If she plugs in her headphones when she is getting ready to use it the music automatically starts playing and we can't find a setting to turn that off. The screen is awesome kick in the old eye balls, very fluid and smooth processor which was much faster than my IPAD 2. Overall great device surprises me sometimes at how LITE WEIGHT this pad is.

I love my iPad. Very easy to use. It holds a charge for a very long time. So convenient to use. This is my second iPad and I highly recommend It. I gave my other one to a family member. It still going strong after years of use.

I bought this device as my prior iPad was 3 years old and getting slow, even on simple tasks. The new unit is fast and the display is very good. I would highly recommend getting a keyboard. I didn't have a keyboard for the last 3 years, but now that I bought one, I'm using the iPad a lot more.
