Great product, really great service. I was impressed at the quickness at which the associates were able to retrieve the iPad. For the product itself, it is amazing, it was pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. Quick, light weight and has not let me down.

I have had an iPad 2 and an iPad Air (1st) previously. These were handed down to my daughter. The Air2 has just minor upgrades from my perspective. I like the fingerprint reader, and the lighter weight. I put this in a case with bluetooth keyboard, and it makes a great laptop replacement. I use it to manage my work email, browse the internet and social media via apps. That's 80% of what I do. I like being to go all day with instant on access. I only pick up my laptop when a spreadsheet or for activities not supported on iOS.

The one frustration I encountered is transferring my content from the old iPad to this one. Apparently Apple doesn't consider PDFs housed in iTunes as valid content, and the PDFs I had collected and stored on the old iPad didn't transfer. I didn't discover this until after I had erased the old unit. If you are in a similar situation, I suggest moving your documents to a user-friendly app such Dropbox or Adobe.

Light, easy to use. Came home pluged it in to charge and it picked all info from phone and pc just that quick. Light as a feather and easy to use. Tried out two others and took them back to Best Buy, glad I did. So happy with product and service at Best Buy.

Nothing can beat this product. Great screen size, amazing gold color. Absolutely user friendly. Totally happy with the buy. If only, anywhere on the cover or on the product, 'Air 2' was mentioned to distinguish it from I pad Air. In any case, it's worth buying.

This iPad is very light weight and easy to use. The size makes it easy to carry without being cumbersome. The quality of the display is very impressive.

Love my new ipad air. Purchasing from Best Buy was a great experience. They had my item in stock and low price matched a competitor sale ad. I was also able to get all the accessories I wanted on the same day. New ipad faster, slimmer and lighter than my old 2.

I bought this as a present for my mom to replace her old version (the very first iPad). She absolutely loves it. It is very lightweight and sturdy. And with the 64GB, she has plenty of room for apps and the work she does on it. We will always be an Apple family!

I upgraded from an older version of iPad. This one is way faster, lighter and has great screen resolution. I got in on a great deal right after Christmas when they were offering $100 off. Very happy, as always, with my Apple purchase and with Best Buy!

I had an iPad 4th Gen and finally decided to upgrade after the iPad Pro 9.7" was announced. The price drop was too great of a deal to pass up on. Both my parents have the iPad Air. What I love about the Air 2 over the first iteration is the anti-reflective coating and the addition of Touch ID. It's such a small feature, but coming from my iPhone 6 where I am so accustomed to unlocking and entering passwords with my fingerprint, it is quite convenient. It can be a little touchy, but I'm used to it. My only complaint was I had to return the device because of a chip near the home button. Best Buy graciously processed an exchange and I was on my way. I just had to update the device and re-download my apps which was more time consuming than I'd have liked. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. Considering the price difference, the same lightweight form factor, display, features, 64GB storage capacity, and same Apple craftsmanship made this a steal over the new iPad Pro.

I use this to take notes in class (with purchased keyboard) and it is small and portable which I love, but then I can also play games on it when I want. So many apps to choose from, it's hard to go wrong with this product. 64gb is a great size as well.

I purchased this for a graduation present and my son was more then pleased. I'm very happy to have bought a 64 gb as it has more then enough room for music, go pro videos as well as room to enjoy apps, etc. Love that it's lightweight and can travel easily.

My old iPad finally wore out so we decided to upgrade to the iPad Air - wow - this is an improvement. the speed and processing are so much faster and the display is fantastic. the colors and clarity are so much better than the old version! I love it.

This IPad is replacing my first generation IPad, which is still going strong. Just decided to update. The graphic quality, size and weight is so much better on the Air 2. Wished I upgraded earlier.

I got this iPad for my son to use for taking notes at college. He's just started back, and loves the convenience of having portable technology that's easier to view than his iPhone. He's definitely an Apple guy! My wife surprised me with one, too! Awesome :)

Couldn't ask for a better gift. The fingerprint recognition is awesome. The display is superior and the ease of use is definitely welcomed. Awesome product!!!

The iPad Air 2 is a great step up for people like me who are still hanging onto older models. Pretty much everything on the Retina screen is gorgeous and crisp, and the new A8 processor is super fast! The body is thin and light, and it feels absolutely great in my hands! The one thing that could be seen as a negative is that they have taken away the toggle switch on the side of the device. I used this as my mute toggle on my old iPad, but now I have to use the swipe-up control panel to control the volume that way. It's certainly not a deal-breaker, but it takes some getting used to.

I have a couple IPad and this is the best and fastest one. The image quality is awesome, its so clear. By far the lightest as well. Only problem with all IPad's are you can not use a small tipped stylus like you can with the surface pro or Samsung products.

Got it at Black Friday in July sale. Wanted the newest version with as much space as possible - well worth getting as much space as possible. Machine works smoothly like all apple products - sorry I'm a fanboy but this is our first iPad and we love it
