We got the iPad for my wife who was traveling out of town to take care of her ailing mother. It was a challenge finding what she needed for her mother's care without a computer. We got her the iPad. It does far more than she realized. And since we've been PC people, adjusting to Apple has been a bit of a learning curve. But her iPad is great for what she needs: getting directions in an unfamiliar town, finding sources for care items, etc. The iPad is a great product. She (we) just need to learn how to use it to get the full benefit from it.

The new shell reduces the weight to unbelievable lengths. The thumbprint security feature makes keeping tabs on children a breeze and the new chipset is so fast, you never need wait for anything.

I have an old iPad that I used mostly for reading my eMails, and newspapers on a daily basis. The trade in program at Best Buy was very tempting to upgrade my iPad.This model provides a very sharp reading surface and is much easier to use than the older model. Also, Air 2 has a much faster processor that I love. Finally, there must be more features, but I have to attend some courses to understand them. I also considered the new larger iPad, but my wife simply said no because of it's large size.

Purchased the I Pad Air 2 after my old one began running very slow after upgrading to IOS8.1..The new one runs faster than the original even before the disaster up upgrading. It's thinner and lighter than my old one necessitating purchasing a new cover.

This is my second IPad. I have a third generation that I have passed on to my 7 year old son because he loved it so much. I love the weight of this model and the ease of restoring everything through ICloud took about 5 minutes to be up and running.

Out of all the iPads i believe this one was the best. The air is great size and light in weight. Only issue is that the sound vibrates throughout the entire iPad because of its sleek and thin design. I just hook it up to a boom box and it works for me!

The iPad is still the no-brainer choice when one is looking for a tablet. It's light, its battery performs well, apple's app store has a huge selection of apps for all sort of tasks. This does not mean it's perfect though - lacking the support to flash can be a deal-breaker to someone looking not to use a laptop anymore and use the iPad instead. Price is a little steep in my opinion if you keep in mind its limitations and you're OK with that, and have the bucks to buy, than look no further and get one.

If you are a Mac user and have a iphone then it makes sense to have the ipad. I have been told that it is easy to use. I do wish you could add external memory. I own both it and an android. I personally like the android. The ipad really retines it battery life well and is clear to view. It sync's well with other Mac devices. It is a nice device but I personally use my Samsung Tab S more. My friends come to me for recomendations so like to own both. It depends on what you want to use it for. Enjoy it!

One year after its official release it still has a good mix of size and performance, better if bought with some type of discount. Loves: the crisp, bright display, design, battery life, iOS 9 with features like split screen, handoff, cloud storage accesible from within Apps. Hates: only one speaker, slow motion video has less FPS than on a less powerful iPhone 6 (120 vs. 240 FPS), loss of physical silent switch, better still photos on the iPhone 6, 100$ for GPS/LTE version is too expensive.

Absolutely love it. Was very easy to learn how to use especially for someone who has never had an iPhone or iPad. Love how thin and lightweight it is. Fits perfect in my race bag with my helmet and driving suit. Can take along to the races with me.

I purchased this ipad a a gift for my kids. Before this they had ipad 4 with 16 gb memory. 16 gb is nothing. So we decided to upgrade and memory and model. Performance is very good. Battery takes a while, unless you are not playing heavy games.

Bought this iPad to replace my old one which was getting rather tired. It's so much faster, the greater capacity means I could download my songs without using up all the space. Learnt some new tricks with it. Overall very pleased with my purchase!

I upgraded my wife's iPad 3 to the iPad Air 2. It has an amazing improvement in in speed and lightness. I dropped the cellular option because of the significant increase in WIFI hot spots. She had not used the cellular connection in 2 years.

I was talked into upgrading my current IPad by my daughter so she could have mine and I must say she was right to make the suggestion. This IPad is great. Its so lightweight and easy to use. And using my finrgerprint to access it makes it so fun!!

I've been waiting to get this as an upgrade from my iPad 2 until just the right time. Finally that time came when I could get it for $125 less through a promo. I love the speed of the processor and slim design.Very pleased with my purchase.

I previously owned an iPad Mini 1st Gen, and then gave that to my brother. It worked great, loved IOS, he still uses it and it works great. Anyways, the iPad Air 2 is amazing! It is super fast and the speaker quality is great. However, it does sound distorted when you pick it up, sounds better when laying on a table or flat surface. The camera is good for an iPad, and I also like how it awakes when you open the Apple cover case.

My wife was always mentioning to me that her iPad 2 was slow. So after some time, we decided to purchase the iPad Air 2 and it was much faster. I guess she was right. This iPad is also much lighter. She is enjoying her new iPad a lot. Thanks

This was money well spent. Very easy to use and very easy to sync to my other apple products. I love the size of it. It is bigger than a tablet so I am able to see things better but it is still small enough to that you can take it anywhere.

This is a great product. This Ipad can literally replace your desktop. Using it with AppleTV is icing on the cake. It is worth the investment. BTW - I am using it as I write this review.
