The iPad Air 2 will not disappoint. It's everything you expect from Apple. It's much faster than my old iPad, and I love the sleek, lightweight design.

I really like the iPad Air 2. It is very thin and light. The finger print touch feature is so convenient. The screen is very clear. The speed is so much faster than my iPad 2. I am so glad I bought it.

I've had the iPad 2 since 2011 and traded it in for the iPad Air 2. I didn't expect the user experience to be as big of a difference as it is. The screen is memorizingly beautiful, and coupled with it being thinner and so much faster, it really does make it a joy to use. Also, I thought the fingerprint scanner would be more of a gimmick than a usable feature. However, it makes buying apps great and it works extremely well. Overall, I am surprised and very pleased with my purchase.

I waited a while to finally get a new iPad and I'm so glad to have this new one that's thinner, lighter and way cool to use. I paid the extra 100 bucks for the higher gig storage. best buy was very helpful

I love the new Ipad air 2. I have had it for two weeks now and am very pleased. I am coming from using an older version of Ipad and am finding that this is not onley thinner, but more responsive. I find it to be quicker and faster in processing internet searches. It has a brighter, more crisp screen so pictures look more vibrant. It was very helpfu to get some trade in credit for my old one, becase I still find the Ipad's in any version to be pricey. Todate.... I have no concerns.

This is my first iPad purchase and it has lived up to all the hype! Fast and easy to use, light weight and works flawlessly with my other apple products. It's pricey, but worth the money- a must buy!

Traded in my Gen 4 iPad for this one. BB gave me the best trade in value over local and online. The Air 2 is so much lighter and faster than the Gen 4. My son has hardly put it down since we've had it.

I purchased the iPad Air for my daughter for Christmas and was not disappointed. It is light, fast and fun to use. She loves it and uses it everyday!

I have three IPad IIs and bought this for a gift. I have enjoyed seeing the difference in screen quality and speed. Based on the past, these are workhorses - although probably most used for games.

The new IPad Air 2 is a very thin, light and smooth tablet but nothing really new. At times when listen to music or watching videos it makes the sounds distorted due to it being so thin, but besides that I love the new Ipad. It is fast with no lag and the screen looks awesome. The finger reader works perfectly much better than the Note 4 reader. But if you are thinking about upgrading from an IPad Air or even an Ipad 3-4 you should hold off unless you really need the finger scanner. But if you are coming from an Ipad 2 or older it's a great upgrade and definite buy. Overall great buy but my Note 4 does more and has allot more features but you can't beat Apples smoothness and lag free OIS (well most of the time) and that's why I carry both with me. If only Apple redesign their software to compete with Android I really belive they would have the best tablet and mobile device hands down but until they do I'm carrying my IPad Air 2, Nexus 7, and Note 4 with me.

This replaced my prior ipad, of course it is thinner it is faster, the speakers have better sound quality, the screen is slightly better as far as fingerprints on the glass. Great product however pricey.

This is perfect for someone who doesn't need a full computer. It is fast and just the right size . It is what I needed for traveling . The few things I need from the Internet is easily obtained .

OK, it is important to note that I upgraded from an iPad2. So my overwhelming support starts there. If you are holding on to an iPad2 or even 3 (assuming no one has an original left that they use) go straight to BBY and upgrade. Quit reading now because it is time. Power: Essentially iOS8 rendered my 2 useless. This Air2 is an amazing leap forward from a processing standpoint allowing me to fully utilize the new tools available in iOS8. Graphics processing, games, texting, the Retina display (Wow this display is nice), even the speakers...it has all improved significantly. The general usability of the iPad has just moved forward so far from the 2 that this upgrade was worth every penny. Value: Right now there are many trade in options for people with earlier versions of the iPad. I don't think I would upgrade from an Air to an Air2 given my experience with Apple products, but if you are still using the older form factors it may be a serious value to make an upgrade now. BBY makes it very easy to trade in your old device and immediately transition that into something more usable. Accessories: Just aren't available at BBY yet. As of the writing of this...there are no cases available for the iPad Air2. I did buy a Zagg Shield (on all of my devices) and on of the iPad Air smart covers. Essentially I needed to protect the glass on a trip so I spent the money to do it. I will likely be looking to get a different case solution before a major trip next year. Long Story Short: Hey, It's still an iPad. Yeah, its quicker, better looking and lighter/smaller, but it isn't anything radically different. But you knew that, or you should know that. If you are expecting something radically different you are going to be disappointed. If you are looking for a nice upgrade to something you already find very useful, this is going to be a great purchase for you.

Great screen resolution, specs/performance are really top notch (for iPad). Enough storage (64GB) for all the commonly used apps as well as for enough movies/tv shows for a week long trip, etc...

This is the best product that can be purchased for a family . I can do almost all the things which we do in a home laptop. Also, there is restriction mode which is same like kid's corner in windows phone, where I can disable the apps which I do not want my kids to use. Of course the performance of iPad is much better and after around 4 months of use, it is still not showing any lag in any app's performance. The resolution and build up of iPad Air2 is also great, and I have not faced any issue till now even though my daughter sometimes hit's it very hard with her small fingers if it does not behave according to her expectations :) :). Also, I have not felt any need for screen guard till now.

The speed of the new Air 2 is amazing. The overall experience visiting web pages is much easier. I wish I could say more, but to any enthusiast, need I say more than, go out and buy one yourself!

This is my first iPad and I couldn't be happier. I'm impressed with the speed at which apps open and the light weight of the actual iPad; Having it in an Otterbox makes it a bit heavier than I expected, but it is safer from damage. The quality of the pictures from both cameras is amazing and I love the operational improvements such as night shift and touch ID.

I purchased my Ipad and accessories at the Maplewood, MN location. The service person was outstanding, suggesting products and reviewing features. Would definitely recommend this location to friends.
