    Purchased on thanksgiving day and got $100 off list price. Had 2 iPods prior, 2 iPhones prior, and two iPads prior. This was the first apple product that gave me problems, frozen screens, having to do hard resets to get it back on, periodic popping noise, and some wifi drops. Was using latest ios. Tried to exchange it for a new one but best buy said that I would have had pay difference between current sale price and Black Friday original price. The difference was about $100 so I decided to return it for refund. Glitches were unpredictable and very difficult to verify. Will wait for another sale to buy another one.

    Need tutorial for new features. Cameras is good and clear pictures. I am disappointed in the free books that need my credit card information prior to download. When it say free how about making things friendly and free
