It froze up within a week.

I have some work apps on it that are very important to my job. Had to drive to a best buy, they had to wipe it clean. I had to start over. Not happy about that. Also Apple didn't let there accessory dept know that th Air 2 was smaller than the air 1. Very limited at time of purchase.

Great for computer beginner

Sincehe hasn't managed to do that in the last 25 years, I thought an iPad with a touch screen would be a reasonable solution, and it has proven to be. He is using it quite happily.

Love the iPad Air 2 but not Best Buy Geek squad

Made appt with geek squad at store nearest BEST BUY (60 miles from my home). They were not helpful & attitude was like I was wasting their time. Love my iPad but not support from Best Buy
