I sold my Galaxy Tab S for this and have no regrets. And I used to own an iPad air, so if you currently own an Air I'm not certain an upgrade is needed, I'd suggest waiting another year and you'll probably be much more satisfied (but anything older is a nice upgrade). Of course this is thin, light, superb pictures along with a first-rate operating system coupled with a nice non glare screen w/ Touch ID. I appreciate getting away from the gimmicky android products (turned in my new Note 4 for a 6 plus and never looked back). I do photography as a hobby and this little machine handles graphic intensive projects with ease, I'm very satisfied! Another consideration if this applies to you Android/Google sells all your personal info, thankfully that's not the case with Apple. Lastly Best Buy has proved to be the place I go to first when I'm looking for any electronics, they consistently appear to have friendly & helpful staff vs. a few years ago. Good Job!

i purchased the ipad air 2 a couple of months ago and i forgot to write a review. All I have to say is it's thin, lightweight and FAST!

Went into to best buy with my iPad air which my daughters shattered the screen . They were going to give me a brand new iPad or tablet of my choice . So I opted for the new air 2 in gold. Which looks beautiful . Coming from the original air it is significally lighter and thinner . It's does feel good In the hand. They meshed the glass together so now it doesnt have that air gap that the previous air had . And it sounded hollow every time you touch it . Not on this iPad it feel good to touch and the display is beautiful . It goes come with a few extras like 2gb ram ,better camera Touch ID and other goodies . This is one of the best tablets you can get . And I've experienced some other brands like Samsung and Microsoft . The iOS ,user interface and App Store and premium build is what makes this tablet so great . I love it !

Upgraded to the iPad Air 2 from the iPad w/ Retina (iPad 4) and love the new design. Much lighter and faster for that matter.

This is a great new iPad. It's noticeably thinner than the previous model iPad Air 1. One of the sacrafices of making this model thinner was the removal of the mute/screen lock switch. The touch id is a nice addiition as well as including 2 GB of RAM. Lastly the screen is now compressed completely against the glass of the iPad, so even though the resolution is the same as the previous iPad air, this model's resolution looks better. If you own an iPad Air, I don't know if there's enough to justify upgrading unless you need the extra RAM. If you own an iPad 4 or earlier, the iPad Air 2 is definitely worth upgrading to.

Best buy would not send me a new one, just refunded my money even though I wanted a replacement.

I love this iPad Air 2 I am so happy i upgraded to this one. Very light weight, awesome graphics, takes great pictures. I love reading my book and storage amount is perfect for me. I don't have anything bad to say about this one at all very happy.

I had an iPad 2 wifi 16GB prior to this one for 4 years. This was a big jump for me. The retina display make this look more vibrant and clear sharp. lightweight.. super fast in daily activities. Touch ID is very cool added feature.

I purchased this to replace an iPad mini and I am happy with my upgrade. Touch ID speeds up login substantially and works without any problems. The new display is a significant improvement. Most importantly, there is a significant improvement in speed. The transition from the mini to the air was fast and flawless.

If there was a special place to send those people (& their places) that just can't keep displays from cracking & bevels unscathed, I'd have been sent there long ago. Along with my cement garage floor. First drop-- flat, it's fine. Second-- corner, still fine. Then don't ask how, but a lit cigarette was held long enough to cause a pitch black void to form in the image (AHH!!)-- seconds later, it miraculously healed with no discoloration! Now I'm impressed. Then, the unthinkable happened: I left it on the windshield and drove away. It was fine and unnoticed until the highway: hit 40mph and off it flew! Late at night, managed to avoid running over it forward and back, and I thought: surely it's a remotely iPad shaped corpse; a non-functional shell of aluminium and shattered glass. To my absolute befuddlement: not a scratch on her. The case took a bit of a beating, but the device itself is completely fine!!! Now THAT is engineering folks. Stupidity, carelessness (both, sadly, me of course) and seemingly impossible engineering.

I really love this IPad Air 2 purchased from Best Buy. This is my third IPad so I decided to go with more memories. This one feels lighter and thinner than my other 2 Ipads. I also purchased 2 years extended warranty in case I break the screen. Now i can enjoy my new iPad with a peace of mind.

I love my new iPad air 2, especially the new camera. But it has a black screen once. Not sure why it happened.

I've had the original iPad then the iPad mini and now this iPad air 2. This is by far the best iPad Apple has made. It is very, very light especially compared to the original iPad. I would tell anyone it is worth upgrading to this iPad air 2 if you have an earlier version iPad.

This is a great device. I rarely want to lug around my laptop or work or out and about when I just want to do general web browsing or read the news or play a few simple games and the iPad is perfect for those times and it's super easy to travel with.

This is my first tablet besides the Nook. Love the iPad Air even more than I thought I would. Was super easy to set up. I use it for downloading books, surfing the web, and games so far. Still learning about all it's functions.

Faster and lighter than my old iPad 2. My old iPad would freeze or shut down and so far this one has not done that. I'm an apple product lover so I'm very happy with my purchase. The iPad does everything I need it to do.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, and it has been a wonderful item for her. It's easy to use and she loves it! My only criticism is that it takes quite a while to charge.

I love having my ipad when exercising on the treadmill. It makes the time less boring and I can have "guilt-free" tv while I'm working out instead of sitting on a couch.
