Geek Squad Certified is a joke
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this item as Geek Squad Certified Open-Box Excellent - Certified, which means it should have been "professionally cleaned, looks brand new." When received, the iPad box was filthy. Things didn't get better. The actual iPad was dirty and had a dent on it. I never even powered it on. When I went to the store to return it I was treated terrible, like a thief that had damaged it. Took 30 minutes to return!!! One of the worse experiences. Will never buy another geek squad certified item. Doesn't mean anything.
