I had great deal of problems with my iPad Apple 2. I had to have help from Best Buy - very little. While I was in store someone hit and ran my car. I had to call Apple help. After four junior employees, I was given a senior member to help me. He was able to get my password and Apple ID set up. Now I need basic help.

The ipads are going to be in a case anyways. I prefer the look of the space grey, but could only find silver at my local best buy on this day. "Settled" for it, and it went right into a full case to protect it and can't tell the difference.

Love this iPad. I had 1 generation below it, gave that to my husband and now we both have an iPad. I like the finger print sign on, just like the iPhone. I also like that this connects with my mac and my phone. great to have everything in one place that you can retrieve no matter which device you are on

Got my iPad Air 2 64GB during thanksgiving for 100 dollar special discount and also Best Buy could price match the same tablet after 10 days for 125 dollar discount. I'm so happy to get items from Best Buy because of the ease in getting items quickly .I have not hesitation in recommending them to anyone

Nice upgrade from my I-Pad 2. Picture is extremely sharp and screen seems to read my touches better. I like the finger print ID log-on as well - works like a champ.

This is my second IPad. My first one still works but I need more memory to store my music, so I get this one with 64 gig. It is perfect! Only head-up is although I ordered a Silver one, the color is more white than silver. No big deal.

best ipad to date. resists fingerprints, is really lightweight, blazing fast! I definitely think if you are deciding between bigger iPhone OR iPad...go with a regular size iPhone and this iPad air 2!

iPad is great because of its iOS. You can get many different APPs that you really can't with any other type of tablet. its a flashy design and very user friendly. Recommend all the way.

This my third ipad and hands down the best tablet you can own. I love how light it is and the battery life is long as well. I carry it with me everywhere and you it for work to create work orders.

I will not go back to HP computers/pads etc. again. This product makes me feel secure going on line: does not cause me to put lots of different securities on that still get virus: navigation is easy even for me; and apple is the only way to go You get what you pay for and this was worth every penny,

The iPad was in stock and I was immeaditly guided to it by a door side employee. The pad was shown to me at the attractive advertised price and they further matched a $50 additional competitor discount. In addition, as it was a Christmas present the return option was extended to January 14, 2016.

Initially could not transfer data from my old I-pad to my new one via the cloud because the new I-pad's IOS system was out of date. Thanks to my son, who is computer literate, he was able to figure out how to get my data from my old I-pad to my new one. I could not find instructions on how to do this.

My wife's old iPad2 was running out of memory, so we decided to go for a new one. This iPad air 2 has an awesome screen. The 64GB will do for the next couple of years. Great product!

I'm a big fan of Apple iPads and this one is no different. Good battery life and super easy to setup and use.

Spouse tried to guess what's inside the box, he was always wrong. He has always had a smartphone and I thought it was time for a tablet. I reviewed every iPad and decided the "air" was the best choice for him. He plays with it every night and he even bought a golf aid that works with the iPad.

Traded up to the iPad Air 2. A little slimmer and notecibly faster. Battery seems to last longer than original air. Best buy gave me $352 trade in for new iPad Air 2, plus had some other discounts. Was not going to buy the air 2 because there wasn't that big of upgrades, but the trade in incentives swayed me to trade up.
