Great service of Geek-Squad

Not only great clean up for my lap-top, but great attitude, customer service at the best. Other two times (once online and once in physical store) did not fix the problems permanently. Scott listened to what I had to say, analyzed the situation and fixed the laptop after that making sure what could be wrong with his technical expertise. You rock........
