I dont like the price of the cases they should include them for the price of the unit

It's an IPad, doesn't get much better than that.

It works great and looks brand new so as far as I'm concerned it is brand new. If you're familiar with apple products then this is a welcome addition but I still believe tablets are purely a luxury item. 10/10 would buy again with the help of a time machine.

If you need it for business or personal use then you won't be disappointed. Rather than lugging around a laptop for everyday use, consider using the I-pad air.
