Everyone should have an iPad. The iPad Air is intuitive to use and light enough to take everywhere. Excited to see what enhancements are coming with iPad Air 2.

iPad Air has everything I need and more...Love it!

Very nice tablet, perfect portability, ease of use

I got for my girlfriend because her old iPad was just too slow and at times unresponsive. She spends an insane amount of time on the iPad, and you'd think I would have learned the first time around with the first iPad. I need to check the medical insurance for iPad thumb/finger injuries. Sure miss my girlfriend. :-(

I bought this to replace an aging netbook that I loved the feel of, but was just getting tired and worn out. I added a Bluetooth keyboard to this iPad Air, and got the intuitive feel right back. I now have the best of both worlds with a tablet that does everything it is suppose to do; just as I wanted and expected.

Easy to use, debated between this and the surface.

This iPad works wonderfully, yet I wanted the standard/basic one that is still advertised but is not in stock. This one was a good deal and works like a charm.

For the most part, it's always a great investment (especially when on sale) to go with an iPad since it's a great product and often has a nice trade-in value. Air is not very different from the "iPad 4" excluding being sleeker but is noticeabley lighter and faster than my previous iPad 2. Apple definitely needs to work out iOS 8 issues for older products and I highly recommend, if you are upgrading, to choose "new device" rather than "restore" when syncing your purchase for the first time and include any older files you desire since it minimizes glitches and delays when using. Enjoy.

Experienced some challenges with bestbuy.com and customer service was not very good. Contacted the Carmel IN store and service was exponentially better. The issue was honoring a price match. My daughter is extremely happy with the purchase and we are an Apple family so appreciate the superior quality of their products.

my first apple product besides my iphone. picture quality is fabulous. ease of use, same as the phone. once you get use to it, it is a breeze. i am older so i just use it for simple things but i am sure it could do so much more than i do with it.

love product got casual use. I wish Apple provide interface for opening zip file; word/excel/powerpoint to make it compatible for many office email usage purpose

The ipad air is easy to use. Great 1 hour training session provided by Best Buy.

The iPad Air is a very light and portable gadget. I typically use this tablet for email, web browsing, and Netflix. This is the best tablet on the market by far.

I enjoy my I-pad air and have to learn how to use it a little more. I got a Webroot virus protection with it, but the Apple tech told me that was not necessary so have to find out about the Webroot. Just have to have time to stop in and talk to someone at Best Buy about this. Also, I have the keyboard that I enjoy.
