I like the way Apple has changed their IPAD screens to be easier to fix when broken, the issue as to why I needed a new IPAD. Concerned about putting good money to fix a shattered screen on an old IPAD 2. Bought this at the advise of Best Buy employee and am thrilled with it. Can't go wrong with Apple products.

Bought for my aunt since she is an apple fanatic. It was easy to set up amd sync with her iphone. The screen size and resolution is great for watching videos.

Prior owner of a 3rd generation iPad which was quite weighty on the wrists after a while. Upgraded to the "air" and noticeable weight improvement to the point that holding with one hand for an extended period of time is possible. Worth upgrading for the weight reduction itself. Same screen and usability quality.

I bought a small laptop/tablet I saw advertised for a cheaper price from a competitor. It was so slow I returned it and purchased the IPad air. I am very satisfied. I bought the wifi only version but I would recommend spending the extra bucks to get the cellular/wifi model for the flexibility to use it anywhere.

Good tablet to mess around with, still getting used to how Apple works, find the Android software easier to use.

Haven't really had much of a chance to use the iPad. Love the light weight feature. Don't feel that there should be so many steps in the set up process!

I bought the ipad air to replace my ipad 2 because it needed recharging every day. The ipad air has the same battery time, but the screen quality is better.

Have had some issues getting Airplay to work properly, but I am confident with further review of its use from the instruction manual that all issues will be resolved in due time. Graphics on video games are beautiful. Facebook games I play are superior to that displayed in high definition on my HP PC.

I finally broke down and got a tablet. I'm not a big reader and don't need it for work. I am happy so far with the iPad and am finding myself less and less tied to the computer desk for "normal" web time (FB, searches, blogs, etc.) I have even gone to our digital newspaper and read it on the iPad everyday.

Works as well as can be expected, nice light weight to it, still expensive compared to what else is out there. Was bought as a present, not for myself.

My grandson has Angelman's syndrome and is using an Ipad with communication software at school to learn to communicate. I was able to purchase this Ipad and the same app for him to use at home. We purchased an armored case and Dylan enjoys it. The possibility that Dylan could use this to speak is amazing.

Excellent design. Bought it for $250. I wouldn't pay much more for it. It's slower than I thought. Other than that, it's perfect for my use.

I am new to the apple product line, the great thing about this is it since to the iPhone without thinking about it. Large screen to read email, books etc.

My 2 children have I pads and I found myself using theirs. Getting one for myself was the right thing to do for all concerned. I use it for work and games, have watched movies and checked news. I would recommend this for any age above 14.

One of the greatest tablets out there. A bit more expensive than the others but considering the overall ecosystem that comes with it maybe you can overlook the price issue. Overall though, as they put it on the Verge: "it feels more about stretching phone ideas up rather than pulling laptop ideas down".

Overall, I love my iPad. Not a technology person but don't have to be. I had the first version but traded it in on the air. Wouldn't want another brand.

Great for the family to share. The kids all use it with ease. Apps are easy to download and easy to erase. Everybody gets to make there own folders.

This ipad Air is a generation behind but serves the basic purpose that I need it for. It's performance is snappy and display is crisp.

Worth every penny! I am very glad to have finally splurged and purchased an iPad. It is very helpful in class and portable for studying on the go.

If you have ever used an Apple product you will find the transition easy. Lots of great apps and less cumbersome than a laptop. Price is reasonable.
