This is primarily used for business. Love the size and usefulness. Still overpriced compared to other options in the marketplace.

turn it on, set it up and use. Why spend half your time tweeking a setting when what you want is to watch a movie, play a game or go on the internet. This does that and more. Spend your time enjoying the product and it great graphics. After all that's what you pay for.

I just upgraded from the ipad1 to the air. Should of gotten each upgrade as they came! I also bought my 16 yr the air and she walks around the house with it! We listen to music, watch movies, banking, games, social media, emails-work and personal, look up recipes, etc.

I love the new operating system and new features of the ipad air as compared to my ipad2. I have also noticed an improvement in battery life and processing speed in this product from the ipad2. Overall, I have been very pleased with my ipad air and have no complaints.

Was hesitant to purchase an i-Pad, as I have an i-Mac and a Kindle Fire and figured I really didn't need the i-Pad. But I use it all the time! It was easy to set up, easy to "figure-out" and is just a lot of fun to play with! I don't regret my purchase in the least.

I like the item because it is easy to carry and has great camera for pictures and video.

This was my first iPad and I absolutely love it! Glad I got the latest and greatest and that it is also compatible with my iPhone 5 so charging is always convenient wherever I may be...although I now wish I had gone with the 32GB model. Runs out of space quickly!

This iPad Air is used first to connect to our family out of state, and secondarily for everything else, replacing an aged laptop. In some uses, the virtual keyboard is clumsy, and some things are less "intuitive" than on the MAC OS X.That said, it is a great product.

We are extremely glad with our new iPad. My wife wanted an iPad for quite a long time and she seems to be overjoyed with it. This is a great product that I would recommend to anyone who can afford it...

It works great, I it for home and work. I buy things and look things up I need. My daughter using it for homework and projects. I put on pictures and aps on it,

I wish apple would make a way to print to network printers. We have been using iPads for how long? And I still have do app work around a that don't always work well to print to network printers. I'm also tired of not being able to transfer files. On the other hand I have 4 tablets and I used the iPad the most. It's pretty stable. It still needs to be rebooted at least once a week. But, hey that's once a week. My android tablets are more that that. This is the best iPad yet and well worth the money.

Easy to get started. Very happy overall with the product.

I travel a lot, so I use it to check on my flights while i'm at the airports and stuff like that, great tool for traveling.

The stafff was very helpful with looking my previous IPad over to make me an offer, while the staff was great with telling the features of the new machine. They took the time to treat me like I was a great customer. I appreciate that very much. Thanks to Best Buy.

It was simple and easy to use. I am able to sync everything I need to my computer, phone, and iPad. Great for my business.

Apple is too expensive for what you get. Had to get this for work. Does the job but android can do just as well

Apple products are always the best. Even though they are expensive, we still use all Apple products. Yes, I would buy this again.

It's an Apple product and it works as it should. It would be nice if Apple started putting a USB port or two on their IPads.

So far, so good. Great step-up from the original iPad, but it's taking time. I keep going back to my old (the original) for whatever reason. I didn't get a model with cellular capability, so plan to use iPhone hot-spot. Having the camera is great. Life is good.

Clear screen, quick assets to apps, fast internet access. Only problem was the download of Microsoft 8, slowed everything down . I had geek squad remove Microsoft 8 and speeds of access increased.
