Not an Apple fan

I bought this iPad because of the good price at the time and based on the reviews. Overall, it's not a bad product. I only use it for work related activities. I still prefer an Android operating system, but that may be because I am so used to used it in other everyday aspects. I would recommend this tablet to others.

Overwhelming to seniors

Excellent Tablet

Needs improvement or honesty.

Even with customer support on the phone, it wasn't possible. Either I had an incompetent tech or Apple is outright lying about this feature. Needless to say Apple didn't bother contacting me about this issue. Too busy selling the product and not enough time addressing simple issues.
